Amazing hotel - complimentary food and beverage and very attentive staff. Everything is so clean and practical. A bit far from city center, but everything else was impressive. Recommend to everyone looking for a good value for money hotel in Madrid.

Good place but the room had two beds instead of one king size bed

Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ana. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but there is a bus in front of the hotel which makes it easy to go to city centre in 20-30 mins. The area is quiet and safe. There is complimentary drinks and food in the hotel. You can grab a coffee or tea anytime. There is also a gym which is clean and new. We are very satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend.

If you don't mind taking the subway to the attractions, this hotel is very cost-effective in Madrid

My stay at ARTIEM was extraordinary, the reception staff were extremely friendly and attentive to the maximum. The spacious and impeccable room. There is an area with things to eat and drink 24/7. And if you like to play sports, you will love this hotel because the gym is very complete and spacious with new material and open 24/7 (see photos that I took myself). Although the location is far from the main train station, the metro station and bus stop are nearby. Clean and great service.

Great small hotel in a very centric area of Madrid. Love the ambiance and great customer service. I’ve been there twice and for sure I will be back.

I liked the parking garage it has. It is very tight but it’s a parking spot where the damage to your car will be at your fault for your driving skill not someone else’s parking into you on the street.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, far from city. Room is decent, complimentary drinks and snacks are a plus factor.
