staff very lack of customer service oriented. room is bad shape with no water heater, broken cloth hanger. water running. towel dirty. manager also not on top of problem. staff simply said. my manager takde. you call la dia.. and start laughing among them. i know this is budget stay but im regular. the owner must be very free with no monitoring on productivity and performance. staff simply playing hp. watching movie while talking to guest. Ermm, what as sad day and sudden mad at them while check out as they instruct to go and return the remote and follow with towel before release deposit. they got 3 people chatting and laugh and demanding to return all the said items by saying, orang selalu ambik kunci dan towel bawak balik. seriously, 3 days with no hot water is piss me off and adding with nonsence staff attitude is really unacceptable.
