Stayed at the stock exchange for 1 night over the weekend, and had an absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel itself is beautiful, with the history of the hotel maintained in the restoration. The quality of the rooms, and general furnishing throughout the hotel are all very tasteful and of night quality. All of the staff we interacted with were also fantastic and couldn’t help enough We dined at the bull and bear for dinner and breakfast and enjoyed drinks at sterling which were both excellent, and highly recommended. The area where this hotel really excels are the little touches. These little elements such as Champagne and cake on arrival, check in conducted in the comfortable lounge, water provided on departure, umbrellas and shoe horns in the room are some great touches that really set this hotel above others in Manchester. The only element that I was surprised the hotel did not provide was a turn down service. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

From start to finish, our stay was fabulous! We visited for my husbands birthday and the staff really made us feel special! The concierge were great and looked after my car and luggage for us and offered us water bottles for the way home. Reception brought us cocktails on arrival which was a lovely touch! When we first arrived to our room, there was a very nice treat plate saying ‘happy birthday!’ which was a lovely gesture. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy and spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delightful and the thought that has gone into the theme of the hotel is amazing! Even my toast (which was freshly baked bread!) came in a little ‘money bag’. I think my only ‘issue’.. and I use that term extremely loosely!!.. was the price tags on ornaments and dressing gowns etc… it felt a little gauche for a 5* hotel. Although I completely understand their reasoning behind it because they are fantastic ornaments.. it did make us panic a little and check everything was in the room before we could relax because we didn’t want to be charged for things! The price list in the ‘Gotham bugle’ was probably enough. It also confused us a little as to what was complimentary because the only thing stated as complimentary was water. Overall, we will definitely stay there again! Thank you for an amazing experience.

We spent our best long weekend in this charming apartment with views over Manchester, we had booked this apartment on Black Friday (€550 for 4 nights instead of 900) and the price quality ratio was really good, I have absolutely nothing to reiterate, the staff of the hotel was really warm and warm even speaking French, the breakfast was complete there was a choice, we were gently offered a meal on the Brexit day that was very good. The apartment was very large 50m2 with a beautiful view well sound-free because there are works absolutely everywhere was clean and well equipped we were in our little cocon we spent wonderful days where we wake up in this The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Very new hotel. The second time in a month, the arrangement was on the third floor. On the third floor, there was a wedding party. The second floor of the hotel had been noisy until the night. Rooms are clean and tidy. Lovely comfy bed but pillows need replacing as falling apart There was no hairdryer in our room but this was quickly rectified once we asked for one, We had a lovely chilled stay in our room but would not recommend the in house restaurant. I have left a separate review of that..👎 Reception and cleaning staff who we met around the hotel were super friendly. We were on floor 5 and it was so peaceful. If I hadn’t heard a shower (very quiet) next door I would have thought we were the only ones on that floor. Hotel is just a short walk from everywhere so in a good position… Only criticism is the hotel is so hot and I mean hot. You melt at reception when you check in. Also we couldn’t get the air con to work in our room so it was. Constantly 19 degrees

Liked · The receptionists who was there when I arrived was the only highlight of this stay, she was hard working despite the numerous issues myself and other guests experienced when they arrived. Disliked · Here is a list of everything that is wrong with this place. When I arrived at The Mitre I was directed up the 1st floor where I found the reception area. I was given my room key and trundled upstairs and down long corridors until I finally found my room. Here are the issue from this first room that I occupied during my stay. 1, The TV was broken and it had been been hit by something as the screen was cracked, no the hotel fault maybe but they should be on top of things like this. 2, The floor was uneven and the toilet door had a 1 inch gap at the bottom on one side as the floor was unlevel, when walking the the room it felt like walking down a ramp. 3, As mentioned earlier the receptionist did her best but I had to ask a couple of times about the tv, in the end I got moved to another room which was on the same floor as the reception, however this was a smaller room from the one which I was given originally which I was told was an free upgrade (which I initially appreciated). Room 2 Issues below This room had a shower, were as the other room had a bath 1, When the toilet flushed it made a sound like a pneumatic drill was being used, god knows what other guests were thinking when they heard this. 2, Aircon unit was very noisy so did not get used, the windows could not be opened in this room so it got very warm though the night 3 When using the shower the dials for the temperature were problematic and I ended up burning my back as could not reach the shower cord to switch it off as the dials did not seem to stop the water flow. 4, In reception I noticed spiders and dead flies etc on the window frames whilst waiting to be helped by the poor receptionist. Please avoid this place if possible, I guess this is the northern version of faulty towers.

What a great find this place was. Purely by accident I came across it when looking for somewhere to stay while we went to a concert at the AO Arena and visited family in Manchester. I flew back to UK to attend this concert and see family somewhere central. My daughters and I stayed here, we were a little early for check in so we had lunch in the pub, it was a really nice atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. We attended the concert and preferred to go back to the hotel rather than trying to find somewhere else for a drink. Great atmosphere. The bar staff dod the check in/out and it was no problem at all. Breakfast was lovely and a great addition. Will definitely stay again.

I have been staying in sacha hotel couple of times recently,it’s a really clean hotel,showers are super clean ,location is in the heart of the city pretty much everything is around you ,there is no need to go really far if you are a traveler like me and you don’t know the area very much you don’t need to worry because everything you really need is just walking distance,customer service is really average here, their answer is most of the time no and they keep saying sorry but No,very annoying,as a customer you should be always right because after all we are spending our money on the them and you are hoping they would understand,I,but that changed for me until I came across an absolute gentleman at the front desk his name is Mike ,please if you Visit this hotel look him up,his is a star,his customer service is skills are absolutely top notch,he is really fast you don’t need to stay to long at the front desk he does all the paperwork in quick seconds his polite professional he makes you feel welcome ,I can’t thank him enough,he made my stay worth ,he is an absolute star,thank you Mike for you professional customer service,

What a fantastic stay! These apartments are fantastically situated right in the city centre and really did feel more like a home away from home rather than staying in a conventional hotel. The apartment was well appointed and equipped and scrupulously clean. The staff were all fabulous and provided a first rate and very friendly service and walking through the doors each day to the team really did make me feel at home. Me & my partner stayed at Manchester Victoria for our 1 year anniversary & we had the most memorable experience. We have previously stayed in Roomzzz & have never been let down by their friendly staff & well accommodated roomzzz. On arrival we were met by Elizabete who was really welcoming & bubbly. She had let us know that there was a surprise in our room as it was our anniversary. Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and some chocolates which are very grateful to the team for. We stayed for 2 nights & because we enjoyed it so much we went ahead and booked 1 more night over in Chester to complete our stay. Overall the Roomzzz team were kind & welcoming & very thoughtful. Thankyou for making our stay extra special. :)
