"Wir sind übers Wochenende gewesen und sehr zufrieden. Der Service war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hebt sich von anderen ab. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben das Parkhaus P3 genutzt."

"Outside the window is the landmark water tower, the facilities look historic but well functional, and the key is very personal. Downstairs is the tram, one stop from the train station, the traffic is very convenient. The hotel itself is as nice as a palace! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !"

"The hotel staff is very welcoming, especially the waiter in the breakfast room. The location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are basically complete. It is recommended that the room we stayed in did not have a refrigerator, which is a pity in the hot summer."

"Still very nice hotel
Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample.
The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed.
The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable.
The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower.
The staff is very welcoming."

AAnonymous UserLocation is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.

WWandsA spacious, quiet, well-furnished room and very comfortable pillows. There was a kettle, cups and tea and coffee provided in the room. Very close to a tram stop and within walking distance of many high street shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and a super fast check-out.

Cocktail bar was also nice. ”Fancy”, as they say, describes the whole thing very well, in a positive sense. Absolutely top price, breakfast at €20 is above the standard price but there is also a lot on offer at the buffet. Coffee could also be fetched after breakfast times, an absolute plus point, also for the small machine in the room 🙏

GGuest UserMy meeting was well planned and the food was also delicious and offered me as a vegetarian with a lot of choice. Personal was friendly and despite a lot of guests (for Mannheim Gardens Show) always helpful. The meeting rooms were badly cooled on the first day.
I couldn't transfer my rooms on the next day on the lunch because of so many guests, since my toilet glasses (circa 614) were already broken when checking in and had to be careful about injury risk.
Otherwise everything was okay and I could enjoy my beer in the garden at night !

Probably one of the best hotel experiences in Germany, because this hotel is located just between Heidelberg and Mannheim! So easy to access both of them!! So I did the first day I looked around Heidelberg and the second day Mannheim and near Frankfurt!!
Also the hotel's amenities and cleanliness is perfect!!!
I will definitely stay again
