體驗感不太好，管理者沒有用心經營。
優點：房子較新。
缺點：
1.地方很偏，晚上特別黑。入住率很少，地下停車場很潮。
2.地下停車場要自己繳費。
3.房間設施很差，水龍頭都是歪的，壞的，刷牙頭會撞到上面的櫃子。
4.訂房後，房東不會聯繫你，等着你聯繫她，注意事項一律不跟你説。
5.熱水需要你找房東要怎麼打開，不是自己直接打開。
6.衞生間味道很大，洗浴用品直接就丟地下。
7.洗衣機也是壞的，沒法用。
這個價格還不如住麗楓，桔子等連鎖的雙床了，如果不是自己開車，真的別去。太偏僻恐怖了。性價比太低。

定了兩間兩房一廳，兩間房加起來一共給我三衹拖鞋，密碼鎖一直卡機開不了，在外面呆了半個鍾都無法打開，在微信上找管家一直都是愛理不理，要麼就是直接不回覆，衞生一般般，床上還留了挺多頭髮。。。

真的很無語，非常偏，離海還有四五公里，店都沒幾家 提前入住住不了就算了，打電話給前台還掛電話，説沒房間在搞衞生，擅自把我們的31層的海景房換成13層的雅緻房，要是我們不説就把雅緻房當海景房用，搞了一個多倆個小時的衞生，陽台上還有個煙頭，床頭櫃上一層灰，浴室地漏還是堵的，洗個澡浴室都要變成泳池了

度假休閑是不錯的選擇，小區環境好，臨近歌美海公園，散步都可以。十幾分鍾到童子灣氨鏡嶺，心累了就去放空一下。

房間整潔寬敞，住得舒適，樓下有業主攴廳，可解決一日三攴，距中國弟一灘及晏境嶺童子灣景區十分鐘車程，相當方便，環境安靜，自駕遊首選。
