房間味道很重，味道怪怪的不像消毒水
9樓沒有wifi
枕頭標準是4個，2硬2軟，這裏衹有2個
毛巾直接放在洗手枱下面不太衞生
心情很鬱悶，不想寬容了～就實話實説了，改善下挺好的

非常滿意，房間很乾凈，寢具和衞生間都很潔凈，房間空氣清新，沒有異味。前台和客房服務的態度和質量都很好！因為出差需要在酒店房間使用電腦，房間的茶几不夠高，客房服務就幫忙加了一張辦公桌，高度很合適。

經常出差，這家酒店滿意度相當高，基本有的都有，房間寬敞明亮，智能燈光，電動窗簾，早餐雖然品種不多，不過滿足基本需求。有洗衣房，晾曬方便。而且房價還挺優惠，我們常出差的就是需要這些。最後給酒店方提個小建議，增加一個書桌，現在的小圓桌太矮，椅子又太高，我們辦公時很不方便，一張桌子500元夠了，一晚加個十元，兩月就**了。希望採納。以後來茂名，還是住這裏。

住酒店史最差體驗，早上七點保安大叔未經同意開門進去，這個時間點走廊已經是人來人往，還好沒有發生尷尬事情，八點多，馬桶堵塞，服務員阿姨帶着馬桶塞和一塊黑不溜秋的毛巾上來，通馬桶算了，我以為毛巾是擦地的，結果服務員看到洗手枱有水，用來擦洗手枱，太噁心了，

最近和朋友約了來福州走走還在考慮是否要住景區附近的酒店，沒想到後面發現了這家酒店很安靜 也不堵車，前台的selena小姐姐跟我們説酒店有個充電樁可以充電，這對於我們這種自駕的人來説太友好了

房間一般，床墊太軟，睡起來不太舒服。坐廁下水有問題很難沖水，淋浴間太小衣服會淋濕，建議在淋浴門外設定掛鈎。但是工作人員服務態度特別好，工作人員非常熱情，很親切。
