Es un hotel bastante viejo que le hace falta una modernización. Muebles viejos y la limpieza se quedaron algunas cosas pendientes en el baño. El aire acondicionado falló a media noche y salía muchísima calor. Si bien en tengo que decir que no llamamos a recepción porque era madrugada y esperar a cambio de habitación porque el mantenimiento a esas horas creímos imposible, nos iba a afectar demasiado el sueño. Tienes que hacer un depósito de 150€ para garantizar la habitscion cuando los muebles y las puertas tenían muchísimos desperfectos y estaban viejos. Aparcamiento gratis y privado para clientes y ubicación perfecta a 5 min andando del aeropuerto

樓下餐廳服務員拽的要死，lunch期間就兩桌，對隔壁法國人的態度和對我們的態度差別不要太大。前台倒是很好就是退房因為他們內部操作問題把我住的房間不知道寫了誰的名字，耽誤半天。明明有很多空房也沒啥客人的情況下清潔11:58在門外框框敲我們的房門（十二點退房），希爾頓能做成這樣也是沒誰了

Our hotel room was uninhabitable because it was far too warm and the air was totally still. After we checked in, we were told that the air conditioning had been turned off because guests complained that it was too cold. This is preposterous. Any guest can simply turn the air conditioning off or up. The staff was nice, but could really do nothing. We checked out and went to a Best Western (where we are right now). Their air conditioning works just fine and the hotel is very comfortable. We asked for a refund at Hilton, but the woman at the desk could do nothing. We will contact Hilton and see if something can be done.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly, though there were some language barriers but I guess that's to be expected in France. The biggest problem was, that the rooms were incredibly hot and that made sleeping really difficult. There was no way to make the rooms cooler. The best I could do was to turn of the ventilation completely. I was explained that the hotel is in heating mode and therefore the air conditioning was turned of and there was nothing the staff could do. Why would anyone want to heat a building when the weather is warm outside is beyond me, but it did make the stay rather uncomfortable. The other issue which was more of an inconvenience, was that although I did ask for a printed receipt, I was told that they cannot print the receipts and it would be sent to my email address. Predictably it was not there and I needed to call back after the trip to have it resent. It was not the first time a hotel told me they would send the receipt over email and it didn't arrive (which is why I always ask for a printed receipt), but it was the first time they actually declined printing it.
