Spark by Hilton Toronto Markham Reviews

The hotel is clean , new and close to places I need to go. The only down point is the gym is not in service which their information say they have. The pool is ok. Good enough parking and have 2 EV chargers not sure how much to charge.

The hotel is in a good location, and Costco is just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is served from 6am to 10am. It's fairly basic but good enough. This hotel is comparable to UK Ibis, Premier Inn, and Travelodge. The hotel has recently been refurbished, so everything is top-notch and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, the hotel takes a holding deposit of CAD 150, which is refunded at checkout; however, there is no mention of that on the Trip. The toiletries are provided by the hotel, so there's no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Spark.

Very hommy experience.  Breakfast is good. Location is great if you are commuting in Richmond / Markham.

Nice and clean. Walking distance to all the foods in First Markham Place.

Clean and comfort

The room was clean and serviced every day. Breakfast was the same every day. There was a choice of coffee and orange juice, cupcakes and boiled eggs.

The place is convenient, cheap and clean

Environment: There is only one floor for residents, no elevator, and not enough parking spaces, so be careful if you drive. The soundproofing is average. I can hear the conversations in the corridor and the noise from the next room. Facilities: Except that the pillows are a bit soft, other facilities are very new. TV was good. Hygiene: It's quite clean, which is consistent with the feedback from other reviews about the new decoration.

The front desk was rather indifferent, no greeting and no smile. The room was similar to the level of domestic express hotels. Because it was newly opened, the facilities were very new. The breakfast was too simple, parking was free, and the hotel had no elevator, which would be a little inconvenient for those with large luggage.
