As I was also travelling with my dog, they also ensured that his trip was also comfortable by providing a doggy bowl and treats for him. Excellent four star hotel with good amenities in the rooms - shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, body lotion plus nail file, shower cap, cotton buds, cotton wool pads and water in the mini fridge, safe in the room. Dressing gown and slippers provided. I paid extra for a slightly larger room with a view of the Old Port and it was well worth it. The Port is noisy but the double glazing is very good. The A/C in the room was good. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced daily. I thought the shower could do with an upgrade - no hotels have a hand held shower these days but it was sufficient. Also the room carpet and the main stair carpet are tired and could do with replacing but they were clean and vacuumed. The reception staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, always pleased to see me when I came back in and interested in knowing what I’d been up to. Milolo was especially good, getting my room ready a bit earlier when I arrived on an early flight, helping with information and printing out my boarding card when I left, but they were all lovely. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and comfortable/at home in the hotel and would highly recommend it. I would definitely go back.

Recently stayed here at 50Euro per night, The hotel is located a stone's throw away from Vieux-Port in a side street, hence giving you access to town centre, the metro. With a tiny and almost hidden entrance the hotel, its easy to miss. From the rooms you can hear the hustle and bustle even at night however I like this kind of sound and slept with the windows open. The staff were absolutely fantastic (thanks to the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady) and was manned 24 hours per day. The rooms itself are small and quite basic, and not suited to families, but for single or couples looking for a place to stay. You would consider this a budget hotel without any luxuries at 50 Euro at night, id say its fair value. Thanks for the great stay, staff and location made it great

Sally at reception was extremely helpful sorting error from my British airways booking. She gave me details about mobile phone stores 4 in total walking distance from hotel ,supermarkets . Room very clean with balcony double bed separate bathroom/toilet . Central location shopping centre restaurants /coffee shops/ museums/ fast food all within walking distance . Hotel is opposite metro station if you want to travel to another part of the city. I stayed at the hotel 12th March for one night , i was in M****ILLE to watch M****ille v Strasbourg fantastic atmosphere inside the Velodrome. Catherine at reception when i checked out in the morning was also helpful. I came back down to reception early afternoon after i had checked in Small was finishing her shift i asked her the quickest route to the Velodrome she was taking the Metro going home, she helped me buy a return ticket for the station to leave the train for the football match at the Velodrome. Very Big Thank You to Sally. I would stay at the hotel again.

No frills modern hotel that is thoughtfully laid out. It is located right on the port and my room had a sweeping view of it. The room itself was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. I was only there one night but it would also be suitable for a longer stay. They even provided a yoga mat (cork!) in the room which was a nice touch. Be warned, the elevator doesn’t go to the entrance level on the ground floor so be prepared to carry your bags a couple flights of stairs to check-in at the first floor. Elevator is available from the first floor up. The young lady working the night shift at the front desk was quick to offer her help, though. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and affordable stay right in M****ille port.

Getting the m****ille port view triple room model gives a luxurious 25sqm floor area.l But the same proximity also brought noise in the evening from near by dance clubs and even morning gathering crowds. Had my second stay here, this time in a lovely top floor room with views out across the city towards Notre Dame. Huge LG TV, lovely Nuxe toiletries, monsoon shower, and excellent housekeeping - everything spotless. Good North-African themed tapas in the hotel restaurant, and the guy in charge there was particularly helpful/friendly, recommending which bits of the city had good street art when I mentioned that was one of the main reasons I came to M****ille (Cours Julien fyi, which also has some fab cafes and vintage shops). My only gripe was the handling of the bill (as follows). My debit card was pre-authorised on arrival (and in excess of the actual cost of the room, but I assumed this to be an additional security deposit or similar, do didn't really feel too concerned at the time). When it came to checkout, it was agreed that we would let the pre-authorised amount stand, and I would be refunded the difference between that and the actual, final bill. However, when I checked my bank balance 3 days later I was shocked to find that I'd been billed for the full amount again, and the pre-authorised amount had not been released - so essentially I'd been charged twice (or twice and a bit, when you allow for the fact the first billing was an over-estimate anyway). This follows on from a cancelled pre-paid booking the previous year (due to Covid restrictions) that was supposed to be fully refundable, which I also really struggled to get back (it was eventually repaid but quite belatedly). So, I'm not saying don't stay here, because it is a really nice hotel in a very vibrant area (lots of cafes with fab Oriental pastries, markets etc) but you will really need to be on top of the financial side of things to ensure you aren't left out of pocket.

It is within walking distance of all major attractions and is fully equipped and convenient. have to be aware of is: 1. The location marked in the room and the check-in are not the same location, but on the back of Rue Vacon Street. See the drawing, I hope that the next time Ctrip can make a note, although it is the listing of booking. 2. We live on the second floor, 2nd floor, actually the third floor. If there is no elevator, the weight of the baggage needs to be considered. 3. Regarding parking, there is one next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The guide is 15 Euros a night. This depends on the specific time period. From the drawing, everyone can understand the parking rate. We stopped for about 22 hours on the first day, and paid the top 31.7 euros. The next day is 9:00 in the morning. Leave and pay about 22 euros. 4. Regarding the pre-authorization deduction, they usually return at 4 pm on the day of departure, plus the bank's operating time, it may take 2-3 days to arrive. We are showing pictures of the check-out, I hope to return immediately. The staff asked if the room had extra consumption and immediately retired.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. You can't check in until 3pm, no matter what - even if your flight arrives at 9am in the morning, so be aware that they will need to hold your bags if you wish to drop them off. Staff was very friendly, but right at 3pm, everyone arrives to check in and the wait can take a little time. Our room was pretty small, but had a little kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable and the view was basically of a run-down apartment building in the back of the property (depressing). We fortunately had a good nights rest with very little noise. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and you can buy pods at the front desk. The location is walkable to many tourist shops and restaurants right in Old Port. The room appeared to be clean, but a bit run down. I would suggest a one night's stay if needed, but to stay longer might cramp your style if you wish for something a bit more roomy and charming. Overall, good stay and a good place for walking around Old Port and surrounding neighborhoods.

We arrived near midnight and had a bad time at reception. One of us hadn't paid, another was doubly charged and not one of the three of us had our key card sorted so we all had to get back to reception to fix this. Fortunately the rooms were all lovely, other staff were great, especially Meahdi, who was SO patient. The lift - is antique. It only works if you close the inner door properly and many guests do not. So if you are on the 5th floor like we were... The bar is alcohol free... more a lounge but we were able to take our own wine in and glasses were happily provided. The breakfast is amazing! Lovely coffee, great people looking after you and lots of choice.
