Convenient as close to the metro. Restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Just need to check the open dates and time. Our window faced the street but quite when closed. Nice staff.

First of all I would like to say that this is not the first time that I have booked a hotel night there. And unfortunately I was disappointed because we were asked for a first deposit which is normal then a second deposit then they made us fill out a useless questionnaire when we just wanted to rest it is clear that I would not come back again.

Forced to pay a deposit of 150 and it has not been refunded yet. Bad review! The sanitary conditions are so bad. Why do you have the nerve to charge 150? Staying for two days in a row was not a penny cheaper than booking two nights separately. As a result, basic cleaning services were not provided. They also did not provide me with a second towel. I was told that if I wanted it, it was 7 euros. I didn’t pay for it. Because of this, I asked for a check-out fee. Nothing is too much Even if you are an apar**ent or B&B, one bath towel a day and cleaning service are the most basic. Not to mention you are a hotel. It seems to be a chain.

Arrive, dirty hotel entrance, elevator broken 1/2.. smell in the corridors.. and room not ventilated smell of closing.. very cold breakfast room.. average breakfast choice. Correct and smiling staff.. hotel to clean. .

The location is average, the facilities are old, the shower head doesn't work, and the breakfast is OK. Parking available. The TV is too small. The service staff were quite polite and it was enough for a personal business trip.

We had a mediocre stay, this hotel is nothing like a 3 star, the F1 has nothing to envy of it! The location is catastrophic! If I could put zero I would!!

Clean hotel in a good location near the Carthusian metro station. Staff Friendly welcome but not accommodating at all despite the number of repeat reservations

This was our second stay in a hotel of this chain, the first time in Provence. Positive: In general our experience was positive, a good place for a short overnight stay and onward journey. There is a parking lot (in Marseille it cost 10 euros extra). You can cook if you want (there is a kitchen, dishes and appliances). Bed, bathroom and toilet were nice and clean. Criticism: In Marseille the room was worn and poorly cleaned, there was dust on the microwave and in the air conditioning (a lot of thick layer) not cleaned. Poorly closing freezer compartment in which there was a lot of snow. There was no extra blanket or pillow. We could not be provided with an extra pillow on request. If the maids paid attention to the little things it would be very good.

It was super cool, I appreciated the only downside for parking and the parking lot was full but I recommend

Difficult to find a place outside but not very far from the center by car, about 15 minutes. On the other hand, dirty sofa and there are 4 of us and the hot water was only enough for 2. My children were not able to take a shower because there was no hot water which was sad. No room in the living room to take out the 2nd bed we had to put our 2nd daughter with us in the bedroom.
