"Hotel location is good, but no Novotel is close to the airport. Novotel is walking at the door of the airport glass door for a minute. This hotel is to take the airport light rail for three minutes, then get off the train for ten minutes to walk through the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is about five minutes walk. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Finally, the check-out of this hotel is not to check the room, the room card can go directly to the front desk."
"I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ...
But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true.
Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant.
Service excellence
Room really ok.
Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is
Through a park you can reach nec"
"The hotel served its purpose and added a nice start, and end to our holiday.
Thankfully the bed was comfy enough, and the shower was great. I would recommend larger hand towels though, for people who have long hair to be able to wrap around their hair, when the get out of the shower.
We certainly recommend staying here as it is close to both the airport, and the NEC.
All the staff we met were friendly, and they helped make our stay very pleasant.
We had both breakfast and dinner here and the food was tasty enough. There wasn't a huge choice, but we both found something we fancied and enjoyed.
We have no qualms staying here again."

"Decent. Room was nice and shower good. Parking only £10 which is cheap to be honest these days. Breakfast was nice no muffins though. My only complaint is kitchen closes at9.30pm in evening I didn’t arrive till then and so I couldn’t order anything."
"As soon as you go into the revolving door you are hit by a clean fresh sent. The hotel downstairs feels modern and clean. Check in was quick and easy and we got a free complementary cocktail each as it was our first time staying at Moxy. Our room was brilliant with motion lighting under the bed and switches at the bed side for other soft lights. The view of the lake and fountain was great. Perfect location to the NEC Birmingham and across the lake you have lots of eateries. We would stay here again if ever going to the NEC."
"The hotel is located very close to the National Exhibition Center. The hotel is large, the breakfast is very rich, the front desk staff is very friendly, the price is a bit high, the room sanitation is very good, the hotel is large, and there is a gym and swimming pool."
"It is very close to the work address, and the transportation is quite convenient, but you have to rent a car. The next day I found out that the hotel was bought by the Indians. The breakfast is too average, even the coffee is rushed."
"I rang ahead and asked if I could check in 20 mins earlier but that was extra £20. Was given room 400 but was dirty. Moved to room 435 which was opposite lift and an accessible room. Facilities included tea/coffee, ironing board and safe. The room faced the departures area of the airport. There is a bar & restaurant on site. The room itself was quiet and sound proof from airport noise. Staff seemed friendly enough. But the hotel is more 3 star than 4 star. Convenient for the location."
"The hotel was very friendly. They let me store my large amount of luggage downstairs in their store room.
The bedroom was basic but adequate.
It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. Instead you had to go to another floor to find the coffee machine.
I did not eat at the hotel. There was a restaurant and bar.
The room was clean and warm. Ideal for one night before an early flight."
"A word of caution. My issue was resolved favourably but my advice is to check the reservation and ask the questions.
The ibis Birmingham Airport has 2 levels of accommodation at the same location.
I booked and paid for the Ibis through Trip. On arrival I was told the Trip had made my reservation in Ibis Budget. The concierge told me me there was nothing he could do. I would have to take it up with the booking agent, Trip.
I accepted the room ( I have stayed here before in ibis Budget, I knew what to expect. Perfectly adequate for an early morning departure.)
My disappointment was that I had booked and paid for the higher end accommodation on this occasion.
Needless to say, I contacted customer support services and after sometime and various explanations and photographs, my issue was understood. I chose to accept the compensation offered."
