Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

Very good hotel. Even though the hotel is far from JR station and the JR is very few. Hotel arrange shuttle bus that is corresponding to the JR. it is very convenient. The dinner and breakfast are made by the hotel with traditional style. It really greats.

The hotel is the best around. It was a shame that there was a separate fee for the hot spring. Wasn't it included in the cost of your stay? It would have been nice if you had let me know in advance.

Located in Tamazukuri Onsen Street, Japan's largest open-air mixed bathing hot spring, migratory gardens, hundreds of plants, picturesque scenery all year round. Breakfast and dinner are more distinctive set meals, and the food in the Sanin area is very fresh and precious. Food + hot springs is really a beautiful enjoyment. The hotel service is very good. The staff patiently introduced the details of the hotel and took us to visit the main activity area. The room facilities are complete and the tatami is very comfortable.

Although the transportation here is inconvenient, the hotel's shuttle bus will frequently pick up people at the JR station. The service attitude is very good, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is also good, and the hot spring is comfortable. It is a very quiet and beautiful place. Before leaving, I took the hotel shuttle bus to the express bus station. When the driver learned that I did not reserve a ticket, he kept waiting for the bus with me until I left. I felt guilty for causing trouble, but I was also very grateful. I highly recommend this hotel

One of the few hot springs in Japan where you can enjoy mixed bathing It is large enough that Japanese Tenno have also visited, and the staff is friendly. Because it is a mixed bath, they do not take off their clothes, but rather wear paper sponge-shaped panties and the woman wears a gown... Women need to be careful because if they move carelessly in the water, they will roll up. *** ** Be careful!! The meal wasn't as good as I thought... There is also a shuttle service to the station, which is very good. I really like the staff and facilities. Next time, I plan to come again without eating.

The room is too old. The most important thing is that the room photos on the Ctrip platform need to be carefully identified. You need to consult the hotel carefully to see if the Japanese-style bed you want to stay in matches the photo.

I really enjoyed the open-air bath. The service staff were friendly and attentive. It was the best service on my accommodation list during my trip around Japan.
