Used for relatives' legal affairs with 3 family members. I booked a Japanese-style room because the price was relatively cheap, but the size of the room and the content of the breakfast were good for the price. This hotel is convenient for transportation on the side of Matsuyama City Station. It is the first train station, so it is convenient to take the train to JR and the suburbs. Located in a place facing Hanazono Cho Dori street for a few minutes walk from Matsuyama city station. Check-in is self-responsive using the machine, I don't know the screen operation if I am not used to it, and after all, check-in while listening to the hotel staff how to operate, and the staff politely taught me... There is no public bath in the hotel, so you can go to Dogo Onsen by iyo iron for 20 minutes and 170 yen, so I wonder if I avoided competition without being sold by the hotel... I was able to spend comfortably in a new and beautiful hotel. This time I left early in the morning, so I couldn't get a free breakfast.

The bathroom is small in the unit and is troubled by the place where private goods are placed. Perfect location, very nice room but the problem is the inconvenience of the car parking, as it was being park by machine parking stack style, if you have something to take on your car, you can’t immediately access it as you need the in charge to bring down your car, also they charge extra fee for the car park, 2000 JPY where as other hotel is only for free parking.

We started our Japan experience with this hotel in Matsuyama. It was easy to find and the shuttle from the airport has a closeby stop. The area around the hotel has a lot of shops, bars and restaurants so even though we arrived late in the evening we could easily find something to eat etc. Our luggage got stuck en route but the hotel had everything we needed (toothbrush, razor, piyamas, ...) and the rooms were clean and had their own bathroom which we later learned as we travelled through the country was on the spatious side. In the morning we really got to appreciate the nice view and used the hotels strategic location to explore all tourist attractions on foot in a single day! Breakfast is mainly Japanese with some western options and had ample options and provided well to start the day. Staff is friendly and courteous.
