Alveston Manor Hotel

I was happy with everything. My stay was a pleasant one, the location, the place and the view exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back for the spa treatment.

Location: Perfectly situated in a quiet part of Middelburg, offering a peaceful retreat while remaining easily accessible. About an hour 30 minutes away from Joburg Atmosphere: Warm, calm, and elegant. The boutique setting creates a relaxing and welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Value: Excellent value for money, with high-quality service and accommodation that truly reflect the price. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean throughout, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. Noise Level: Very quiet and restful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Amenities: Well-maintained amenities that enhance the stay, especially the spa, which adds a lovely touch of indulgence. Service: The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Musa and Ryan deserve special mention. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality was effortless, welcoming, and thoughtful, which made our experience even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Alveston Manor to anyone looking for a refined yet welcoming getaway. We will definitely be returning.

We held our company workshop at Alveston for 3 days and stayed at the facility. Thelma, Ryan and the entire team were excellent throughout.All our requirements were met to the last detail. Lunch and dinner was excellent throughout. The managers we hosted were happy with the facility too and asked that we return again next year!

The overall service was good, the common areas of the property are great, however the rooms need improvement. The bathroom had mould , bed linen old and dull and the entire finishing was outdated. Really really needs some work. Excellent service received from front office and the waiter, however the kitchen staff was a little rude.

The place is absolutely fantastic, the staff is also very friendly. We enjoyed our full body hot stone massages and the jacuzzi session. The three course candlelit dinner was on point. Had an awesomely relaxed time.

My stay was amazing,very cute little place and convenient.Please ask for Thelma when making a booking she really went out way to accommodate me .The executive room was amazing.its central and very close to the mall.i would definitely recommend you stay here if you in the middleburg area.

The place is nice enough but at R1800 for room, you could do better. The service was good, the room was very standard with a shower door that sticks and a drain that did not drain. The restaurant food was not great. The pork chops were about 5mm thick and a total rip off. As for the lasagna, that was seriously disappointing. We can up for Loskop and although effort was made for a packed breakfast, a muffin and banana really does not cut it.For a hotel that is rated at 4 stars, you can do better.

It has started with a warm welcoming from the entrance, bedroom birthday deco, massage treatment and delicious breakfast. A big, thank you Alveston stuff. We are happy and grateful.
