Pros: 1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name 2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff. 3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier. 4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it. 5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror. 5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars. 6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items) 7. The best part was the room has a large balcony. 8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied. 9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit. 10. They had spa and gymnasium. 11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo. 12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night. Cons 1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage. 2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°) 3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning. Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel. You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.

I can't wait to visit Milan and Book this hotel, first impressions when I walk in to the lobby I fall in love already. The check in need a little more time but it's fine, receptions staff all are friendly and nice. The room is spacious and comfortable, huge shower room and super clean. Reception girl inform us about the most famous pizza nearby and I have to thanks her for making such great recommendation..I am sorry I forgot her name because when I lost her name card. She's pretty and has tanning skins so sweet girl Lobby is huge and during the seasons of pandemic they didn't open the restaurant but can order if needed. We didn't try so sorry cannot recommend the food. But the pizza she recommended OMG so delicious 😋 I will post my video soon about Hilton Garden Inn Milan so pls subscribe wtlj on YouTube. Thanks

Beware of staying in this hotel, the guy in the reception (called Luka) has extremely disrespected me and showed impolite behavior. 1) The AC in the room was not working, we were all sweating from head to toes, but he first insisted that the temperature isn’t bad, then after that he said the only reason for the hot climate in the room is because of my 4 years old daughter! he said if she wasn’t accompanying you then your room would’ve been cold because of less breath in the room!!!!! 2) My reservation is for 2 adults + 2 childs, but he insisted that my booking is for a Triple Room (which normally fits 3 people), although my booking clearly says it’s for 4! Then he said if you have a problem don’t say it to me, just complain to the travel agent who made your reservation, he said “I don’t care!” 3) When I insisted on either fixing the AC or giving me another room with a working AC, he started yelling at me and he said he’ll get me the police! Don’t even make a mistake by staying in this hotel. My experience was on 21 July 2022.

This hotel features a rich breakfast! Too rich! Although it is far from the city center, it is quite convenient to travel next to the green line subway station. The only drawback is that there is no kettle in the room. If you want to open the water, ask for the downstairs, but this one has disposable slippers. The room is quite big

I was in outubro/22 hosted for 4 nights, the hotel was strategically chosen because it had free parking and staying outside ZTL. This hotel is in fact a student accommodation, a campus from a university that is close to the site, but are educated not to make noise, partys overnight. For those who are going from October if I don't mislead me until December, be aware that they disconnect the central air conditioning system being so, vc is forced to sleep with the open window since neither the air ventilation system the room is good, it was only desired in the air conditioning (off due to the station) and I felt a box missing to keep my items. The neighborhood has some restaurants nearby, a mini market in front of the hotel, and a Carrefour Express a few squares away. It is not a tourist neighborhood, so it has not many opcoes nearby, but the metro is located about 4 quarters from the hotel, from to walk. The streets of the neighborhood are half empty, I admit I was a little afraid of walking, but day-to-day, quiet.

Milan is the last stop of our trip to Italy. Because it is a self-driving car, we are more afraid of entering the restricted area. However, we met several ZTLs on the way to the hotel and called to the hotel for consultation. Because of language barrier, the front desk found one The Chinese aunt gave us a call. The aunt didn’t know the traffic rules and gave us the phone number of the boss. The boss also enthusiastically explained the prohibition. When she arrived at the shop, the aunt came down to welcome us and introduced us a lot. , I also praised their boss’s personality 😊, and they have been eagerly asking us to pay attention to safety, especially in Milan Cathedral, where there are more thieves. It is suggested that we can store our luggage in a safe place like a hotel. The room is also very comfortable. Both have enough heating! If you want to go to any place, you can take the subway. The hotel only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and you will be on the Piazza Milano. It’s very convenient. I didn’t go to the boss’ restaurant for dinner this time. Go again! ~
