It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

The location of the hotel is quite good, as the friends in front said, passing through a small garden to the most famous street, then the hotel's second promenade and cathedral. In addition, the S5 next to the hotel goes directly to the central station, and the airport bus is on the left side of the main entrance of the train station. There are still a lot of cars passing by at 9 or 10 in the evening, 8 euros a person. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities, clean, tidy, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and even the toothbrush can be with the front desk. Every day, a bottle of water and a hot water bottle are available. Best of all, the hotel has a lot of restaurants on the way to the first intersection and then left to the three intersections. There are many local restaurants, and there is a 40 pizza e Cucina restaurant Pizza and Pasta. Almost all locals. There is a dessert shop next door, and its opposite side has an inconspicuous small food store (three local old mothers) to produce food is very recommended! The city tax of the hotel is 10 euros per room per night. There is no nonsense at the front desk. When we check in, it is a girl. When we check out, it is an uncle. It is very polite and quick to handle. We have questions to ask them, they They all answered in detail and decently, and did not encounter the situation of those friends who had said ”too talkable”. By the way, their beds and pillows are very comfortable, perfect for a comfortable night after a night of shopping. Of course, because there is a convenient tram in front of the hotel, there is a tram sound through the road, but there will be no car at night. There is also a bathtub when taking a bath. The glass door is relatively small and easy to splash out, but it can be avoided with caution, but the water is very large and the water temperature is very good. In short, it is the most comfortable of the four hotels we stayed in. In the area of RMB five or six hundred, this house facilities and the surrounding environment (oh, there is a big supermarket next to it, there is also a Carrefour express on the road), you can definitely give 5 points!

Before arrival, I contacted our Globalist Concierge about securing an update for our 5 night trip with one of our upgrade awards. They responded almost immediately that we had been upgraded to a Premium Suite which was a nice way to start out. We arrived about 2.30PM via the Central Train station and it was a pretty quick 7 or so minute or so walk to the hotel. We found the path straight forward via Google maps and the area around the hotel seemed to be a mix of business and residential and we thought it was perfectly safe. The walk to the hotel was quick and easy enough but the train ride from Malpensa was longer than I thought and not that great really for being called an ”Express” train service. Arrival at the hotel we found only steps to get to the lobby which was mildly annoying as we only had limited luggage, more luggage would have been more annoying as it was several steps not a few. The lobby was a bit of a mess when we arrived but the check in desk agents got the rather complicated guests before us (why do some of you make check in so complicated?) sorted out quickly enough and it was our turn to check in. If there was a Globalist check-in area is was not practical to use as there was not much room to separate the masses at the desk. To be fair, I never saw the desk that busy again during our stay so we may have hit it at just the wrong time. At check-in we were advised of our upgrade to a Premium Suite, about Globalist breakfast option being in the restaurant and also about a free minibar. We also got two drink coupons, I believe that was due to Globalist status. Based on what I heard from the previous check-ins, it appeared the minibar was free for everyone but it was just a few sodas. Our room was not quite ready so they asked us to sit. They insisted on taking our bags while we sat in the lobby. We no more sat down and they came over and gave us our keys and said our bags would be taken to our room. We got to the room and the guy was just leaving from delivering the bags. The room was nice but I would not call it a suite, the terminology is a bit misleading. Imagine a normal European sized room (small) with a entry way on the other side of a half wall and a shower on the the other side. Ok, the shower was the steam room but it also had a shower so you could rinse off after the steam. Honestly, it was a waisted upgrade for us. We had not interest in the steam thingy and the way the room is laid out with the half wall, you are really crammed into a small bedroom area. I have plenty of the upgrade awards that I don't use so didn't bother me but I would likely just prefer a regular room in the future that was maybe slight bigger than the bed area of the suite. Functionally, the room was ok but one glaring missing item is USB ports next to the bed. I have come to expect that in any nice property these days and for a hotel that serves a lot of international guests, I think it is a must. People can mostly do without an international plu

We have to pass one night in Milan en route to the Last Supper of Leonardo da Vinci and then pour Florence. We have chosen this nice hotel due to its vicinity to the main train station. Well I am handicapped and got frightened when I saw no path to my scooter. Big mistake : two kind men from the reception quickly put a ramp over the stairs which stayed during our,too short, sojourn. In addition they kept a part of our luggage until our coming back from Florence a week later If you look for nice, central and full of hospitality- Auriga (in Latin charioteer) will bring you there. I found this place to say little exceptional. From the reception, which welcomes you wonderfully with a smile and really with the joy in the eyes of receiving guests. Purification of the hall unfair. Spacious, clean and comfortable carnivore. New furniture, careful in every minimum detail. Excellent price. Breakfast served in the room. You can choose the time, so very comfortable and super satisfactory. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre.

Prior to even arriving to the hotel, the manager contacted us and threatened to cancel the reservation after we had already told him our arrival time. He was very aggressive and rude with us. The hotel is not as described online or by the owners. We were told by the manager that the room had its OWN bathroom - however upon arrival, we found out that we a shared bathroom with everyone on the floor with us (which is about 5 or more rooms!). They have a stray cat that roams around the entire hotel and your room. They do not let you keep your OWN hotel room key, if you want the key for yourself so they don’t go into your room while YOU ARE NOT ON THE PREMISE - there is a charge of 30€ and can go upwards. The room smells so bad, there is no circulation in the room and everything that is written that we get with the room is incorrect - there is no LCD TV, no remote for the TV, no kettle, the beds are so uncomfortable, the windows don’t even open and the balcony door is nonfunctional. The breakfast is also just cereal that you can buy yourself from the grocery store. If you have allergies this is a no no place dusty stuffy cat all over your stuff and room . When we mentioned it he changed it on the website from no pets allowed to pets allowed check booking or hotels different pictures different wording and all not true don’t be fooled stay safe

Great location to Milano Centrale train station. Maybe a couple hundred yards. You can easily see the hotel from the station. Not an excellent location for the historical district or the Duomo. But not bad. Just a couple of subway stops away. Price was reasonable for all that was going on in Milan at the time. Room was more than adequate, but not huge. Bathroom was clean. Everything looks new. Bar and breakfast on 6th was very good. Breakfast had more options than anywere we'd been in Italy. Highly recommend the hotel if that's the area where you want to be. Note: the walk from Centrale to the IQ is not comletely pleasant. Homeless are sprawled all through the Centrale Piazza. Sleeping, loitering, and unfortunately urinating everywhere. You'll smell it. There was also a group of skateboarders that seem to own the western most section of the plaza. I'd be hesitant to let my wife or children walk through this plaza alone, especially in the evening. We were never threatened or accosted or pan-handled. But we were always together.
