Our visit to Lancemore Milawa last week, spending the weekend with friends, was truly exceptional. Every aspect of our stay was flawless, starting from the moment we entered the beautiful hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was not only fresh but also delicious. A heartfelt thank you is in order for Arabella, Alex, and Chris, whose exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay truly special.

Stayed here for two nights to explore the sights and sounds of Wang. We stayed in one of the older style motel rooms. Our room was small but clean and would be perfect if you were sleeping and moving on. Not great if you're planning to spend any time in the room. The motel is set on beautiful grounds, has a great pool and is very quiet. Unfortunately the location comes with a nearby sausage factory that has some smell issues. We couldn't open the windows after 5pm due to the smell - not ideal given the warm weather at the time. Initially we thought it was fertilizer in the garden - evidently the smell was 'wofting' from across the road. All of that said, the staff were excellent, the included breakfast an amazing bonus and the room rate more than reasonable. If the smell could be sorted out, this would be a 5/5 in a heartbeat.

What a brilliant property !!! We booked for one night and ended up staying for 4 nights. This was a perfect place to make your base and travel to surrounding wineries and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and very well appointed, the restaurant was brilliant and the pool area was most relaxing. The staff were all very courteous and professional. The underground car park was a real bonus on those 35 degree days, and they even cleaned your car window every morning. The girls in reception were very helpful and obliging with information about the area and Kerrie was great helping me sign up for the rewards program. Congratulations to all involved we will definitely be back

Pros; clean and comfortable, could park right outside your room, usb charging slots at the base of the bedside lamps, Kayo & Netflix available for streaming (if you've an account), reasonably spacious. Walked (＜15min) into town for dinner, but rode our bikes into town for b'fast. COVID check-in/out procedures were straight forward. My only suggestion is that the cleaners use a less perfumed cleaner/disinfectant - I suppose it immediately tells you the room has been cleaned, but it's pretty pungent. A bit pricey for a motel, but Beechworth is pretty touristy and pricing was comparable to similar accommodation at the time.

The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfy, the service was faultless, location of the hotel convenient and they still provide milk for tea and biscuits too! Well done to management and the entire team of staff who operate this business!

Stayed for 2 nights just after Christmas. Friendly staff and a small, but very welcome pool in the 40 degree heat (pool toys/goggles also much appreciated by my son). The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge. The air con was quite noisy but it didn’t disturb me sleeping. Great location, although the pub next door was recommended for food - we ate there, but didn’t particularly rate it. Would recommend this motel, and would stay again
