The neighborhood of the hotel is not so great, but the staff was polite. The room was extremely noise, even with quadraple layers of windows. I asked to switch to a quite room, but was told that the hotel has been fully booked. If you are a light sleeper, this is definitely not a good fit. I would not book it again.

In transit between 2 flights, practical because very close to the metro station, restaurants around, a large, quiet room with good bedding, coffee available, a pleasant welcome.

Very satisfied. This is a landmark hotel in the airport for many years, but the room facilities are unexpectedly new and clean! Convenient location. The soundproofing is very good, and I can't hear the noise from outside. Although it is at the airport, my room faces the highway.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, and there is a weird door. The waiter is OK, the transportation is convenient, and there are Chinese restaurants and subway stations outside.

Reception gives you breakfast vouchers which are equivalent to dollar amounts that you spend in the shop. There is a table and a fridge in the lobby of snacks with prices that you use your vouchers for. There is also a staff member in the window that makes some cooked options you can use your vouchers on. There were a number of people waiting in the lobby on food before their shuttle to the airport. Nothing major wait time wise just not a walk up super fast buffet.

My husband and were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was a good size overlooking the airport runway. The hotel was very clean and a great variety for breakfast each day. We loved the public transit which was right out the front door, Caltrain and BART which we used several times to go to Oracle Park even though we had a car. A great experience for sure! We would come back again.

We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise because we had a 7:30 flight the next morning. The room was great, the location was great and the restaurant was good but we weren't that hungry so we had a light dinner and went to bed early. Great little place.

That breakfast was surpassingly amazing. There were multiple choices of eggs and the ones with bacon, and vegetables was better than most other places breakfast buffets. Hats off to the morning chef, their cooking was better than most diners.

The facilities and hygiene were similar to expectations, but the airport shuttle bus was terrible! The distance was less than 5 kilometers, which should only take a few minutes, but the hotel front desk said it would take ten minutes. In the end, we went to many other hotels to pick people up, and ran to 6 hotels. It took half an hour to get to the airport. People who are in a hurry should be careful. The driver asked for a tip. It took half an hour to travel a few minutes, and I didn't even want to give him a tip.
