We needed a place near the hospital as my sister approached death.
The staff at this hotel were very compassionate and accommodating to our entire family

The bed was hard, and I still ache all over. The carpet in the room made it very difficult for my husband to get around in his wheelchair. The bars in the bathroom were not placed correctly.

honestly horrible experience and the front “manger” she said she was kourtney but basically I forgot my id so i she would let me get my room even though I had picture of it, then we called ******* but they helped me change the name of the room but then she said that she didn’t get the confirmation when I have the email to prove it but she just didn’t care honestly it was very unprofessional and when we asked what we could do she was very blunt and not helpful at all but at the end of the day I found my id and got the keys will not be coming back!

Everything good except due to power outage didnt check in til 8 pm. No call from hoyel about this priblem untilbwe arrived to check in at 530 pm. Apparently power was out since that morning.
