What to say, a beautiful ship driving without direction ... - breakfast buffet but you have the right to only 1 coffee without being able to finish your breakfast ... but this depends on the day server (no 2nd coffee on Sunday because security is transforming into a server and explains new rules). - household women who try to open your room while you sleep at 10 a.m. because the reception/direction (if there) does not tell them that the room is occupied. - the noise of painting works at the door of your room inlet without the reception warning you or change your room. - no office in the triple room, so it is impossible to work comfortable on its laptop. - a smiling receptionist, but who always cuts you the word at every moment of a sentence, and explains that she knows what you're going to say ... and that often answers you next to the plate (she doesn't explain why on the 4th day I have no right to have 1 extra coffee, and goes even further by explaining that it's like everywhere !!!) - Small disposable plastic sheets everywhere (for coffee, yagurt, etc), Because it is explained to you that it is for your health that you do not catch the covid in August 2023... but that this rule does not apply to other steel covers that you also put in your mouth, such as the gauges !!! )

On the first day, I wasn't very well received at reception. People weren't smiling. I started to wonder if I'd made the right choice until I met Sandrine (her smile is priceless), Badar and Mohamed in the restaurant and people from the security. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, the buffet breakfast is wonderful and the late closing for a gracious morning. Beautiful view of the city and the sea, I recommend the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! Front desk and concierge service are very good. There are not many choices for breakfast but the service is good. The dinner service was not good👎. I tried it for 2 nights and the service was not the same (I can’t say that I turned a blind eye, but it was similar). The massage in the hotel is average and doesn't feel professional.

#Praise# Satisfied with security; the hotel is located in the old town of Casablanca, (the old town is really old, specifically dilapidated) The hotel is still warm and the staff is very good, but the room hygiene is not flattering. I bought a rag at the door downstairs to wipe the table and countertops. It feels much better. The key is that the price is not affordable for a few days. There is also a good location, especially convenient. The old city is too old but it is also an abbreviation of old Casablanca. How to say it, overall it is good.

The hotel is excellent for the travellers, the station that connects directly to the airport is just in front of the airport can walk in 2 minutes, there is a large shopping centre attached to the building. This is the second time I come and the second time I see Badr thank him very much for his simplicity and sympathy, I will probably come back

I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment / hotel for six nights. It’s located in Roche Noir, which is part of city centre (Centre Ville), walking distance to the main train station (Casa Voyageurs). I stayed in a decent size studio apartment, which was equipped with kitchenette. Offering a view of the port. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Very clean, spotless / immaculate in fact when it comes to cleanliness. The staff have been very friendly and attentive. The reception staff were always there with a smile and genuinely willing to help with any queries you have. In the evening these are security guards standing at the entrance. All staff members are very kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff stand out as far as I’m concerned: I’ve met Amina and Hicham. Amina is very friendly, attentive and has strong eye for details. The property is part of Campanile, I believe French hotel group. Adjacent to it there is a hotel which houses a pleasant bar. Ideal place to spend an hour or two after touring around in Casablanca. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and bar-food. The staff there are equally very friendly and professional. I’ve had the pleasure meeting Mohammed and Hatim, who have been looking after me. All in all a very pleasant place to stay if you’re in Casa. Highly recommend

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.
