The hotel riverside scenery is very good, clean and hygienic, the room is large, the waiter attitude is good, but unfortunately did not encounter Chinese speaking, breakfast is Western but average, location is close to the city but you dare to go out by car, there is Uber in the local area

The staff are friendly and helpful....loved their attitude from waiters to room service to cafeteria to poolside staff...everyone was ready to support. The room service was always top notch. My order includes the dinner on the day of the check-in and the next-day brunch. The dinner is good. The breakfast was not eaten. Let's talk about lunch. The hotel check-in time starts at 13:00 and the check-out time is 10:00 the next day. My lunch. Just being ”corrupted”, is there a refund? The hotel environment is good, swimming in the yard, monkeys, lizards, all kinds of birds... very close to the beach, very pleasant at night. The service is not bad. It is not allowed to wear shorts for dining, and to change the trousers for the room. It is understandable to be gentlemanly. In the morning, you can see the sunrise of the Indian Ocean, praise one! The room is full of British plugs, only the bathroom has a two-hole Chinese plug, it is recommended to bring your own conversion plug.

The Sarova Whitesands resort was perfect. The room was very clean, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, the facilities were outstanding, and the food was terrific. I suggest booking with the full board option. They changed the buffet options frequently, and had a wide assortment of offerings. One night, they even had grilled lobster, which was a pleasant surprise. The Coco Bar was a lot of fun also.

The hotel is very nice, including three meals. The bar by the pool opens after 10 am, and most of the drinks are free, and you can drink cocktails and drinks as you like. The hotel is right by the sea, and there are free shows to watch at night, and you can rent a boat on the beach next to the hotel to go snorkeling during the day.

Fantastic place , friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is very clean, rooms arę cleaned every day. The food is delicious and very diverse. Great swimming pools, you can choose the more crowded one or the quiet one where you can just relax , depends on what u currently need . Nice guys working in there , polite nice Bushmen Joseph or James , very nice , hard working people with big smile on their faces.Hakuna matata , no problem with any our request they face . Despite our previous concerns, i find Kenya a very tourist-friendly destination and the hotel itself is very safe. I will definietelly comeback very soon again .
