Two amazing days of relaxation.
The beach is a luxury to go through the pool and have a long walk of wood over the sand without having to go down to the sand, drink a coffee or eat in any of the chiringuits. Relaxed environment to be with the family and comfort for the elderly on the tours.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city.
We were happy.
I don't know how it will be in summer, but it's our escape from the favorite work in Badajoz.

The best thing was breakfast.
The room was changed to us saying it was superior, but the room we had reserved was refurbished and with shower, and the room we received no. And even though we went down and explained that we reserved it so for the difficulty not to use bathroom but they said they had no other. So a big negative point.
And as regards the facilities, say they have a outdoor swimming pool, indoor ...(this is part of the spa that you have to pay and doesn't say it anywhere, but when you arrive there. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The interior views of the pool are not very pleasant. And the bathroom is very old. No gel and champagne, only hand soap pills

Hotel is located in the centre of Monte Gordo and has no own parking places, as far as it is apparent. However, there are a few public places in front of it. The room was rather small, but well furnished. Breakfast was OK. Not so good was the soluble coffee. I haven't discovered full milk yoghurt, bread simple backup.

A bathroom with a bathtub was planned. When checking in, due to illness, a request was made for a room with a shower, which was immediately granted. All staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very comfortable and large bed. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Despite having a walking disability, the pool and beach are easily accessible.
Would book again immediately.

The sauna door was broken. The engineer/technician went to the location just to take a look and they didn't fix it during my entire stay.
The Jacuzzi was ok.
The steam room was ok.
The pool was very good.
I called the reception desk several times to get information about the hotel but no one answered. I went in person and when I got to the entrance the assistant told me that the reception desk was full of customers to serve and that's why the calls weren't being answered.
