Hotel needs some renovation, especially carpets need to be replaced. Sound insulation is not good, either. There were some noisy people staying at the hotel, and nobody said nothing to them. They misbehaved for couple of days in a row. I don't think this hotel can be rated a four star hotel.

Good location. Walking distance to red square. Clean room. Got upgraded as part of ******* VIP membership. Helpful staff. It’s a bit on the inside from the road but can be found easily. Small breakfast options but enough for us.

I went on a business trip to Moscow from the company and stayed at the Arium Hotel from September 6 to September 9, 2023. Anna at the reception helped us find the hotel, she was very kind and helpful. I had a comfortable room. Upon arrival, I received the keys, the price included breakfast and dinner, room 401 was on the 4th floor, the room had furniture, a TV, a mini refrigerator, a tea set with a kettle, and a large comfortable bed. The breakfasts were very satisfying, pancakes, sausages, salads, fruits (see photo). They cleaned the room every day, changed towels, and provided drinking water. Overall, I liked the room, I was satisfied, the shower was super.

Super! Relatively small, but very quiet, clean and cozy hotel. Convenient location in the center of Moscow between Budvarny and Garden rings. Huge room and comfortable king-size bed with a good mattress. Polite and smiling staff. Fresh bed linen and room cleaning every day. Super tasty and healthy breakfast buffet and its star is the always smiling, good-natured manager Mohamed (a piece of sunny Egypt in Moscow). Modern fitness room with Svensson exercise equipment. We really liked the hotel - clean, comfortable, close to the center, and at the same time, quiet and peaceful. Very friendly and polite staff, fast check-in and check-out procedure.
