AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They assisted us with booking a car, and the driver they recommended was excellent. After check-out, they even stored our luggage for free. We took a chartered car to the West Slope for rafting, and my child's shoes got wet. When we returned to the hotel, the staff kindly provided free slippers for my child and lent us a hairdryer to dry the shoes. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture, and I'm very grateful! We met so many kind people during our trip to Changbai Mountain, and the frozen pears at the small shops in town were super sweet.

LLisery_liThis B&B is very good. The furniture and facilities are very new. It can be seen that it was recently renovated. It is clean and tidy. It does have two floors and two large beds. It has all the necessary facilities, 24-hour hot water, air conditioning and kitchen. It is provided once. Sex bath towels and other items, there are many things that need to be actively explored to discover the goodness of this B&B! The location is great, very close to the scenic spot. There is a barbecue just across the street from the door. It is very convenient to go out and play. The service is also great. The boss is very enthusiastic and generous. He can answer any questions in time. If necessary, he can also pick up the high-speed train at a discounted price, just like a friend. The room was big and clean, the bed was huge, and it was very comfortable. The food around is also good, with all kinds of food available. It’s also close to Edelweiss and Genting Market, which is super fun! I sincerely recommend it to everyone, just come and live here in Changbai Mountain! 😎

GGuest UserThis was a last-minute booking, and I was pleasantly surprised! The decor is very cozy and inviting. It happened to be Christmas Eve when I checked in, and I received a 'Ping An Guo' (Christmas Eve apple), plus there were welcome fruits prepared in the room. The service was also excellent; any issues I had were promptly resolved. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many great restaurants nearby. Edelweissland and Endori are both within walking distance.

Facilities: The facilities were generally good, but the water heater was unreliable, with inconsistent water temperature.
Unlimited access to the hot springs was available during the stay, and there were also several outdoor pools.

The service was top-notch—proactive and enthusiastic, and any issues were resolved promptly. The breakfast spread was extensive and well-balanced. Overall, it offers great value for money. MM252307****Five stars, highly recommend this B&B! We arrived at Changbaishan Station late at night, and the owner was so thoughtful; she proactively arranged a complimentary pick-up for us. Since we were starving, I asked her if she could give us a room closer to a restaurant, and she readily agreed, which was a free upgrade! The driver even helped us carry our luggage upstairs (our suitcases were super heavy). They also gave us a free ride to the restaurant we wanted to go to. I'm so grateful! 😊 With such amazing service, we definitely had to extend our stay for another night! The owner can also help arrange activities!

MM313160****The room itself was great, but I'm sharing my experience hoping it helps someone. Don't trust anyone's predictions about Changbai Mountain; just check the weather forecast. Changbai Mountain can close without warning. It's really awkward when you've booked a non-refundable hotel and then the scenic area closes. Trip.com's customer service was excellent; they helped us communicate with the hotel. Although in the end, the hotel still didn't agree to a full or partial refund, perhaps they've already made thorough preparations for guests before check-in. Plus, if everyone checked out the moment the scenic area closed, it would be quite troublesome for the business, so I understand.
