We visited for New Years Eve and it was really fantastic. Excellent service, great dinner and views of the fireworks in Barcelona and super comfortable rooms. Rooms were a little hot but we managed by opening the window. We didn´t use the spa but visited and will definitely be back to try some treatments. Its an oasis not far from Barcelona and well worth a visit. Yes its a bit old and not perfect but that adds to the charm for me!!

The hotel front desk closes at 6pm. Will send an email in advance to tell the password, get the room card through the password box. Since I entered in this mode when I arrived, I mistakenly thought that the hotel did not have a front desk at all. In fact, there was a front desk, but they got off work earlier. The lady at the front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. Bath water is ok; wifi is also good. The location of the hotel is indeed good, and it is more convenient to go to the Gaudí three-piece suit. minutes from Casa Mila; Casa Batlló 12 minutes; Sagrada Familia 25 minutes or so. minutes from metro station and bus are legs. I suggest you book a 45 square meter room, downstairs I stayed in room 01, the area is too small, feel not very comfortable. Additional recommendation to you a hotel near the Xiang cuisine, legs to go 10 minutes to arrive, we Changsha people carefully selected, very delicious, the price is not expensive.

Facilities: This is by far one of the most modern hotels I've stayed at in Europe, but the bed was ridiculous. The double room had two single beds pushed together (the duvets were tucked in separately under each mattress, leaving a huge gap in the middle). Environment: I'm not sure if it's because mine was a basic room type or for some other reason (the front desk didn't ask me about the view when I checked in), but I got a low-floor room facing the gap between two buildings. (I didn't know it would have this kind of window before checking in, so I didn't mention it; I've lived in Spain for half a year and never seen buildings with windows directly facing each other like that.) The window looked directly onto the windows of the building opposite. Picture 3 shows the lighting at 3 PM, which looked like nighttime. I was too tired from carrying two suitcases to bother going back downstairs to change rooms. Hygiene: On the surface, it looked very clean, and it felt like the staff had cleaned diligently. However, the bathroom had a strong moldy, damp smell from the drain. I mentioned it to the front desk when I went out, and they said they'd send someone to deal with it. When I got back, I found they'd just sprayed some air freshener. Once the freshener scent dissipated, the drain smell returned. Judging by the front desk's reaction, it seems many guests have reported the same issue; while I was still describing the situation, she interjected and said, 'lo mismo' (the same). Other facilities: There's a paid minibar, and no complimentary bottled water or drinking water was provided. There were coffee and tea bags. There were NO charging outlets by the bed!!! I had to charge my devices by the desk or on the wall under the TV. Service: Every front desk staff member was very friendly, and they offered luggage storage.

After a lot of deliberation and some safety concerns, I finally booked this place, and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, really close to the subway. The residential area is clean and safe, and there's a supermarket right across the street, which was incredibly handy for getting food. The biggest surprise was booking a room with a terrace – totally worth it! Every evening, I'd enjoy a drink on the terrace while taking in the mountain views. Such a lovely experience, and amazing value for money!

The address is relatively quiet, the number of rooms is relatively small, like a club-type hotel, close to the foot of the mountain, the overall hotel setting is OK, the curtains are relatively old, some do not block light, the overall layout of the room is large, the breakfast is good

1人で3泊しました。 ほかの口コミにもあるようにお風呂場がカビのような臭いがします、入浴剤を使うと気にならなくなったので持っていくのをおすすめします。掃除も私はそこまで気になりませんでしたが少しクズが残っていたりして必要最低限という感じ。 ドアチェーンが無いので不安に感じるかもしれません。 コンセントはCタイプで一人部屋では浴室内と部屋に2つずつ計4つありました。 アメニティはシャワーキャップ石鹸ボディジェルスポンジシャンプーボディミルク歯ブラシなどがありました。 ドライヤー(温風のみ)と小さめの冷蔵庫あり 最寄り駅はUrquinaona駅、カタルーニャ広場も徒歩数分で行ける距離なので交通アクセスも良かったです。 近くに小さめのスーパーや飲食店あり スタッフの方皆さん優しくて、目が合うと笑顔で挨拶してくれましたし、チェックインの時日本語で対応して頂けたのが何より嬉しかったです。 あと朝ごはんが本当に美味しかった、特にスクランブルエッグと、料理名はわかりませんがじゃがいもの薄切りでオーブンで焼いたようなものがすごく美味しくて何回もおかわりしてしまいました笑 とても良い滞在になりました。本当にありがとうございました😊

The three of us girls stayed in this hotel for four nights. We booked a superior room. The room was very big and beautiful. There was free coffee and soft drinks in the small refrigerator. There was also a beautiful small garden downstairs. When the sun was good, we could take soda to the garden downstairs to lie down. The area around the hotel was very quiet and beautiful. There were many small shops worth visiting:) It was about 10-15 euros by taxi from the main attractions. The hotel breakfast cost an extra 19 euros per person. We ate it for three consecutive days. We were a little tired of it on the last day, but the price-performance ratio was still good. The only setback was that on the second day of our stay, the hotel manager came over and said that our room could only accommodate two people, so we paid an extra fee to upgrade to a suite. We added two nights, and the fee was 100 euros per night. However, when we checked out, we waived breakfast for one of the three people, so the charge was still reasonable. Barcelona is the last stop of our Spanish trip. It is very important for us girls to live in a safe, clean and comfortable hotel. This hotel met our expectations and everyone was quite satisfied.

Very satisfied with the room facilities, very comprehensive! But there is a lot of dust in the room! The waiter responded quickly! 🈶The problem was solved quickly! The room location and floor are very good! The hotel room is very comfortable!

At first I'm afraid to book this hostel but it was good. Not so huge room but I met three staffs and all of them are kind. Also bed are clean. I mean you don't worry to stay here.
