Mountain View Hotels in George Town

The place was super clean and well kept. Any girlies wondering about good water pressure, THIS IS THE PLACE. Water pressure in the shower was 1000/10! The only feedback I think can be slightly improved on is the parking spot could be closer to the elevators but it wasn't like toooo far away. It was like a 1 minute walk to the elevators. Also I thjnk the parking label came off(?) so we weren't sure if we got the correct spot. However, the owner was quick to reply the WhatsApp we sent to reconfirm. Owner was also friendly and had good response on WhatsApp. Unsure why we had the parking access card when the beam just opened automatically anyways hehe we only used the entrance card and the blue chip thingy for the door. All was good though! Enjoyed our stay! Oh, definitely should bring your own plug extensions as houses/apartments in Malaysia usually don't have a lot of plug outlets, but owner did provide one plug adapter =] Also, don't put your shoes outside because if it rains, it'll get wet (due to wind blowing the water in). Other than that, loved the vibes, loved the place, definitely will look for this place again the next time we come to Penang! Thanks Mr. Lau for the pleasant stay! ♥️ Oh yeah, price was also very suitable with the place (please don't raise it hehe)

My stay Urban Suites at was fantastic, and the self-check-in process made it even better! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to settle in seamlessly without any hassle, even though I arrived late in the afternoon. The property itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the attention to detail was impressive. What I loved most was the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. The self-check-in system gave me the freedom to come and go as I pleased. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and local amenities. It was the perfect base for exploring while still offering a quiet and peaceful retreat. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The self-check-in feature made everything so smooth, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. 5/5 stars!

The location is great and the scenery is beautiful. There is a mountain view on the left side of the room, a city view in front, and a sea view on the right. The room is simple and warm, and the owner Irene is thoughtful and friendly! We love it here?

In George Town city centre near Gama mall, Komtar and Avenue mall. Every where is within 20 minutes walk in George Town. Jetty, Fort Cornwallis, etc. Ample of hawker street food nearby.

I booked this because of the gym and swimming pool. It fulfilled all my needs. Also the room was facing the sea where I could even see fireworks one night. The host was incredible as he’s helpful and talks like a friend. The room was clean. Just make sure you bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as it’s not a hotel. Restaurants and night market are 5-10 mins walk to the left once you exit the building.

Overall the experience of the stay is good The space is big, clean and the facility etc. fridge, water dispenser, washing machine, dryer…..are  new and nice. The view from the suite was beautiful too

The hotel provided an amazing experience with its excellent accommodations, cozy rooms, and great amenities. My husband and I really enjoyed our two-day stay. However, one thing that could be improved is the housekeeping service. Unfortunately, no one came to clean our room during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a lovely place, but ensuring consistent housekeeping would make the experience even better!!
