Mountain View Hotels in Pattaya

Great location in the very center of town. Very nice roof top pool with amazing views of the city. Small gym shared between two buildings so it can be quite crowded. Check in can be confusing as there is no traditional check in counter. Have to wait outside the gate for someone to come and sign you in.

Tycoon Place Garden is paradise for solo travelers. First thing first, it's an old facility so pictures shown don't actually match the current setup. But the rooms are huge and pretty clean. My room was bedroom with living room and two balconies so it was quite a pleasent view. This place is quite and have facilities around, like 7eleven just at the entrance of the street. My living room TV was broken but I had another one in bedroom so I managed. Walking street is not that far and quite walkable. Swimming pool was also not crowded like others so you can have your private time. They don't have restaurant and any other amenities as such and I'm not sure if they have laundry. You can buy beer, water and soft drinks from the reception though. For me space was good and it was quite and peaceful.

Very good! Very detailed, and a disposable toilet cover is provided. The room is also very large and clean, and there is a place to dry clothes. Pots, pans, and utensils are all available.

The hotel is very comfortable and not expensive. The boss is very good. We don't know the road. He helped us draw a map and led us for a walk. There are many local restaurants nearby, eating and drinking on the beach, very beautiful. Next time I go to Pattaya, I will stay at their hotel!

Great short one day trip to pattaya well spent at this hotel. Although it’s near the Roong Reuang beach about 10 minutes walk from hotel, it is a little bit far from Pattaya beach. Near hotel, there are massage shops and coffee shops. You can swim at rooftop pool and chill too. Room is quite big and clean. Mirrors are huge and clear. Bathroom is quite nice. View from hotel is not that great but overall, the hotel provides things completely. Breakfast provides rice, curry, fruits, breads, coffee, juice so on. The food restaurant at ground level where we had breakfast is not well air conditioned and feeling warm inside.

Shower was way to moldy and took a long time to get it to slightly warm water in the shower, and it flooded in the shower. Nice sun out on the balcony if you wanted a tan. Clean sheets. Tv worker. Good size mini fridge.

The hotel was almost empty and was giving a ******* place vibes. Lift was not working properly. Location wise , its a perfect hotel. If you are traveling with someone and just want to sleep there, its perfect.

The room is nice and spacious. The service attitude is very good. When we arrived at the front desk, we were given a free room upgrade. The disadvantage is that the check-out time is very strict. If you check out after 12:30, you will be fined half the room rate. There are many advantages. The children's water park is 200 beads extra, but it is worth it. The children can play all day. Booking one night is too little. I will stay a few more days next time.

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet place, a bit far from the beach, but a direct and good road. The rooms are fresh with huge beds. For such a price in this area there is nothing better.

It is recommended to replace it with wood or other materials. Hygiene: It was cleaned very cleanly when I checked in. Environment: This is an apartment complex about 700 meters away from the beach. It is very quiet. There are security guards at the gate and each building. They are enthusiastic and responsible. There is a circular swimming pool under the balcony. The vehicles are also parked in an orderly manner. Turn right and there are 7-11 and some simple restaurants 50 meters after leaving the community. Go straight to the beach and you will find the Internet-famous big crab restaurant. It is very close to the tiger park, shooting range and floating market, but I don't recommend it. It is not far from the Internet-famous nitan cafe, but it is a bit far from the place where motorcycles are rented, so I need to grab it. Service: Check-in is directly connected with the landlord. Originally, because there was an early check-in service, I thought that I could check in almost as soon as I arrived in Bangkok in the early morning, but I didn't enjoy it because there was no room. And I arrived in the early morning, so it was very inconvenient, which led to a sleepless night. Personally, I think if such services cannot be provided, it would be better to cancel, or notify the tenant in advance and give other solutions. If that doesn't work, I will book one more night because the price is still very cheap. Although the landlord later mentioned that there is a club sauna, I really don't know much about such places because it is my first time staying in such places, and the security guards usually don't know much about the stay. In the end, I left my suitcase and stayed outside until after 2 o'clock before returning to check in. I was a little tired. Finally: I hope the landlord can solve the bedside and Wi-Fi issues.
