The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

The service attitude of the hotel is okay, but the facilities are relatively outdated, which is not comparable to hotels at this price in China. On the first morning there was a dead cockroach on the sink in the bathroom. In addition, the speed of the Internet is extremely slow, the free one is only 512k, and it often fails to connect for no reason. After entering the room number and last name, it prompts that the connection failed, and restarting the computer does not work.

The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

I booked 3 nights at Le Sutra hotel in the Bandra district of Mumbai after looking at the websites of several hotels. Le Sutra looked promising. It bills itself as an eco-friendly hotel with art everywhere. The rooms are indeed wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pesto and cheese dosa. But my positive comments unfortunately end here. The hotel is extremely noisy on Thursday nights related to a bar/lounge called “Olive” beneath and next to the hotel where the supposedly glamorous Bollywood people hang out. There was loud, thumping dance music until 2 am. My room was shaking. At midnight I could no longer tolerate the noise and I changed rooms : the second room was only slightly better. At 5 am I was awoken by people speaking loudly and to recorded Indian flute music. I’m not sure, but this noise may have been coming from the Olive bar clean-up crew as there was also the sound of beer kegs being rolled around. There is little to no sound insulation in this hotel. The bottom line is : do not stay in this hotel on a Thursday night if you require sleep as you won’t be getting any !
