Great place to saty in near Santacruz, can have all connectivity, fully loaded kitchen with good quality cutleries like microwave, plates and mugs. In short basic need you get it there Very kind staff behaviour specially Mr. Ramesh and Nisha in reception and Akshay and his team in Housekeeping We will definitely visit again Thank you 😊

Nice place to visit location is best rooms are nice all stay are good special Miss. nisha from front desk and Mr. Akshay the HK team service are great all amenities are proper set in the apartment I fill like I stay at my home I recommend to this mumbai house Hotel best place for family vacation staff are very helpful.

Behaviour of the staff specifically Akashay and other cleaning boys is very Nice and Cooperative. Room and Kitchen is very clean and nice. Location is very good. All over this is nice place to stay near by to Railway station and bus station. Good Experience

I had booked for 4 days for a family vacation. Due to personal reasons i had to check out within 24 hrs. Mr Ramesh and ms Nisha were very courteous and refunded the balance in no time without any questions, though they had a no cancellation policy. I would certainly recommend.

This place is fantastic with lovely people's especially the nisha mam she's so humble and she helps alot in our trip because of her our trip went fantastic I'll recommend all to go this place and meet nisha mam to get fluent service and the hospitality was brilliant

The stay was home away from home. Very clean, courteous staff and very good location. Total value for money. Very prompt service. It felt as if we were at home itself. The food provided was also very good and quick service. Mr. Ramesh is very courteous and helpful.

We stayed there for 20 Days. Amazing hospitality. Neat and clean. Helpful staff. Very good food. Absolutely safe and secure for families. Look forward to stay next time. Location is good and surroundings are also clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2021 ,for a corporate event at Mumbai. Going by the reviews on TripAdvisor I was looking forward to it. They allotted us rooms on the 2nd floor . Pros 1. Excellent apartments in terms of cleanliness,space . Decent furniture and bathroom fittings. 2. Good location. 3. Safety lockers are provided in the room. 4.Outside food allowed. Cons 1. Not suitable for corporate travellers as they start serving breakfast only after 8 am. First day we requested them for it as had to leave at 7 30 am. So after many calls they arranged the breakfast for us at 7 15 am. Second day we did not inform ,so they did not arrange ,we had to do without the breakfast which was part of our package booked from a travel site. 2. Even though they mention parking is available ,it's very limited and around the building .If one car has to go out ,others have to be shifted around. One has to leave the keys at reception.Since we had valuable stuff in car we could not do so . This led to a ruckus at night when our driver went out to eat and at that very moment one of the guests had to leave urgently. 3. Service is horrible ! I would give 0 / 5 for Service . Wake up guys ,service does matter ,a great place in itself is not enough!! Right from asking for towels to water bottles to plates and cutlery... we had to call the reception many times. It's the first exception I have seen in Mumbai ,the city generally known for prompt service . Towels were not there when we checked in ,hardly any plates despite the long list of amenities pasted in the kitchen (refer photos). First day we tired so we decided to order from their kitchen . We asked for many dishes like Thai curry, spring rolls ,prawns ...none of which were available. They did not even have penne pasta ...chef tried to convince us to have macroni instead !! When we refused ...finally they did arrange for the penne .food was good but took 1.5 hours from order .So next day we ordered from outside. 4. The cupboards are not full length , minor issue but we could not hang out our formal wear as it's half cupboard only. It was manageable though,we kept them on the chairs . In a nutshell, it's a good place for party lovers and groups looking for a place after a late night of sightseeing or partying or weddings . Definitely not recommended for corporate travellers or those who like to start early or those looking for good service .

I had a remarkable hospitality experience at the hotel mumbai house service apartments where the staff went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and ensure my stay was truly exceptional. Thanks to Mr. Wasim who took extra efforts and care to our needs.

The Reception team should get a loud shout to make my stay a perfect one. The check in process, room cleanliness, feedback at check out made me really feel special. Special mention to Ramesh solanki at Reservation who handled my booking and Wasim Shaikh at Reception who ensured everyday that my room was well kept. These guys are the only reason i am posting this review.

Mumbai House Hotel is one of the Well decorated ,good location and very good interior and exterior hotel. I once went to a friend's (Mr Vishal Kumar Agarwal) party. All the staff especially the Hotel receptionist (Mr RAZA) is very cooperative, free minded provides good hospitality and service to all the guests, Also have Enough space with Excellent Interior Design Hall for party. Thank you Team of Hotel Mumbai House especially Mr Raza, hope we will come again soon!
