Be advised, don't stay in this hotel. There is no one to check in at night, and there is no service. You can only check in with a password, but the password cannot be used! No one answered the hotel's phone, and left a message informing an emergency call, but the person who answered the phone didn't speak English and couldn't solve any problems! so terrible!

The stay was OK. Big rooms with a good bed. Shower was fine. Resturant at the hotel was fine, good food and mice waiters.
However there were constructions on the floor above the floor i was staying at and that was annoying. Started drilling and working with heavy machines early in the morning.
Also the hotel and hotelroom was quite dirty. That maybe in some way because of the construction.

Great location in terms of proximity to Marienplatz as well as main train station. The staff were absolutely delightful, and gave us really great recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The only issue we had was that our room faced the main road with bars/clubs across the street, and it was pretty loud on the weekend nights. The staff did offer to let us move our room though, which was really kind.

The air quality / ventilation of the room can be improved. felt quite dusty and floor is not clean. Pillows and bed too soft and low to lie on.

Great stay. We had a late check in and early check out but were accommodated digitally. Hotel has a perfect location for transportation and walking distance to the center, restaurants and traveling needs. I would definitely stay here again or recommend.

Perfect location, so close to shopping area & global blue, very friendly people, good customer service, just like other people said it's pretty noisy eventhough we are on 5th floor. But we'll come back if we go to Munich again.

The hotel was in an excellent location walkable to both the HBF & the olde town center. The street noise level was quite bad from our 2nd floor room. I would recommend at least 5th floor if staying there. The Christmas market we came for was shulder to shoulder people, but beautiful. The annual Krampus run was amazing...appx 300 Krampus'.
