The location is far from the city, but the hotel is very nice, especially the food.

Is so convenient going to the exhibition hall! Higher recommended who will need to attend the exhibition. Definitely will come back again!

Location is ok for airport and convention Center but no other options unless you get an expensive taxi. When checking in- was made to wait for 10-15 mins while it seemed like staff argued with another customer. A youth football team stayed at (very large) hotel at same time. I was put on the same floor- in neighbouring rooms it seems. 11pm involved pre-teens shouting , running up and down corridors and slamming doors. Terrible nights sleep on both nights. Would recommend finding out if there are mass group bookings such as this one before staying as they then monopolised all the facilities (pool, tennis courts) at peak periods

Sink remained full with water , we have requested on the reception twice but no one bothers to come and at least clean it

Buffet heaven in Oman. What? You asked me how my accommodation was? That doesn't matter at all. Who cares about accommodation when you come here? Aren’t they all going for the buy one get one free seafood buffet? Crown Plaza has always been famous for its local self-service ceiling. There is a seafood night every Thursday, buy one get one free for 26rial (currently). The price is far from cheap, but the price is really great! many! Got it! And huge! new! fresh! The seafood content is grilled whole fish + boiled seafood + Western seafood + improved Japanese food. The grilled whole fish is giant salmon, and there is no limit to seafood. When there are the most people in the store, the number of people is an order of magnitude smaller than that of domestic self-service, so there is no need to rush. After Picture 5, there is breakfast content, which is very rich, and many Western dishes have an oman special feel. The food is very filling and very delicious. Picture 9 is a buy one get one free poster, I hope it will still be there in 24 years. Even if you don’t have it, it’s not a loss. Really giving too much

Good hotel, but super bad location. There is nothing around the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive for what they are. Food was always the same at breakfast. The swimming pool is in a very bad location along with the sun loungers (all in the shade, no sun). The sun shines on the front of the building... Not hygienic at all. They never clean the rooms and when they do it's as if they didn't do it. Everything is in appearance. You ask for a packed lunch since you will not be present at the breakfast you paid for and you will then receive a simple omlette, no drinks! Not even water. You often have to ask the same things again before they do it, and even then they do it wrong!

Hotel a little out of the way but close to the airport and convenient for those who have a rental car, however essential for getting around Muscat. new and clean structure, one of the few where they serve alcohol. Nice swimming pool and excellent Thai restaurant. I would stay here again
