I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

The hotel is located on top of shopping centre near the city centre. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers great value for money. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are very good. There's a nice swimming pool with great views. You can get a good breakfast. Would recommend.

My partner and I spent the night here to rest passing through on a overnight drive. Made the booking online an showed at hotel 15 minutes. Staff did have the booking yet but chosse to let us go sleep intead of haggling about the booking (I did show the official confirmation on my phone). Great service, customer first! The room was clean, spacios and hotel was located in a local neighbourhood (easy emnough to find with Google Maps. Morning check-out was met with frindly and smiling staff and it was very brief, 2 minutes and we were done. Awesome! Efficient service. All in all, a good short stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Centara Korat, a new and luxurious hotel in the heart of Nakhon Ratchasima. The hotel is connected to Central Plaza, a large shopping mall with many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a modern design and a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of dishes, including local specialties and international cuisines. The rooftop pool was stunning, with a panoramic view. I tried The Peak, a rooftop restaurant with a romantic setting and a 180-degree view of Nakhon Ratchasima. The food were delicious and the service was impeccable. Centara Korat is a perfect place to enjoy the charm and culture of Nakhon Ratchasima. I would definitely come back again.

We took the deluxe room for only 20th night and we were more than pleasantly surprised because the room is very spacious, staff is very friendly and the evening you have several restaurants nearby. To visit you must take a taxi but sincerely we strongly recommend it.

- This trip has a chance to go to Korat. I have reserved only 3 days in advance, booked through Agoda. Project we travel together The price we paid is 420 baht per night including breakfast - just when booking, compare the price with hop inn 390 per night without breakfast. So I booked here because I added 30 baht, got 2 breakfasts, so I thought it was more worthwhile. - The hotel is on Yommarat Road in the Korat city area. Convenient to travel. - Hotel parking lot. Near the parking lot, there is a faucet to wash your feet with the water tank of the hotel. Just go straight to the sandy soil. So I like that it's convenient to wash your feet before going into the room. - The lobby area is open-air style. - Twin bed rooms are on the 2nd floor, have to go up the stairs only. - Like that the rooms here have sofas as well. because it is more comfortable to sit than a hard chair The general hotel has only one. But here, both sofas and chairs can fit 2 guests, otherwise the other person has to sit on the bed. - Forget to take a picture of the view outside the window. That is, it's the wall of the building on the other side, nothing. - The bathroom has a separate wet zone, dry zone, like it very much, but there are some black stains on the tiles. not smiling much It can be stressful that there are not many guests. Let's smile for the last day before checking out. - The restaurant came in August. During the year 2020 with covids, there are not many guests. He turned on the fan. I will put 2 bottles of water just in front of the room.

This is an interesting property as it is obviously quite old and typical of budget hotels found in city centers. Don't let the facade and funky reception area put you off as it is really a perfectly good budget hotel and perfectly fine for a night's stay. Its also conveniently located in the city center not too far from the bus station. If self-driving, there is ample parking in the rear of the building, although this is not obvious looking at the narrow entranceway. Although my room was small and dated it was actually very clean and comfortable. The hot water, air-conditioning, and refrigerator worked perfectly. The bedding, linen, and towels were good enough. Oddly enough, I found the room to be very cozy, a term I rarely use, and felt very comfortable. I suppose you could say it has a certain (urban) ”old world charm”. At a walk-in rate of 500 THB, I am tempted to give it four out of five on the TripAdvisor scale, but that might be a bit of a stretch. I would stay here again for sure.
