酒店方麻煩你睜大眼睛在回覆，還真是**** 滿嘴跑火車 還説給我提供風扇我不同意？你問問當晚的值班接待員，我問你要風扇 你們提供不了 沒有任何解決方案 現在倒打一耙
不管多少度的天氣 你就可以把整個空調系統不開？酒店就是這樣的服務？ *****！！
至於前台工作人員態度問題，看看評論區是我一條説態度差的嗎？麻煩人員培訓好了在上崗 哭喪着臉的給誰看？

首先，因為清明假期，我定這個酒店400多：
1. 上午到的 準備洗個澡 ，看到浴室門口不明毛髮（這時候我尋思算了 不反饋了 因為是在地上）
2.準備拿毛巾進浴室，毛巾裏包裹着黃頭髮（我和男朋友都是黑頭髮 而且還是在毛巾裏裹着）
3.平台明確了有智能客控，進去之後先開的窗簾，窗簾是正常電動，我就開始找，小度、小愛、天貓精靈……全叫了一遍都沒有，後來床頭櫃上發現有建議紙筆，上邊有張紙，寫了：呼叫“你好，小希”進行智能客控，我倆就傻了吧唧叫了半天，實在叫不出來，就打了前台電話，前台説：我們這沒有這些 我説：預訂的時候 簡介就寫了智能客控啊 前台説：啊 我們一直都沒有這些 就……我就很無語 我尋思湊合住吧 不了了之了 然後過了一分鐘給我回電話 説 我剛問了同事 窗簾是自動的……意思就是平台上説的智能客控是自動窗簾的意思，但是經常外出旅遊的我很清楚，自動窗簾和智能客控這並不是同一個功能，自動窗簾包含在智能客控內，既然你分開介紹了，應該明白這是兩回事
4.連續住了3晚，床單被罩沒換過，讓收拾僅僅衹是把被子鋪好，倒個垃圾，我想請問，如果我一晚一晚的續住，床單被罩也不給我換嗎？收拾的時候發現還是我住，難道床單被罩就不換了？我不理解
總之，這次旅行哪哪都好，除了酒店。
