This time I booked a lake view villa with two large beds and a small bed. It feels suitable for five people. The hot spring and zoo experience are very good, and all the service staff are very enthusiastic. Free breakfast was also given to the children. On the first day of May Day, the children were awakened by the kangaroos outside the room, had a delicious breakfast, saw the lively pandas, fed the little tigers and rabbits and other animals, played the pirate ship and small airplane projects... The overall experience was great!

It is very suitable for family travel and vacation. The hotel is clean and high-end. The breakfast is so rich. It is only 68 per person. It is very convenient to go to Ziqing Lake Wildlife Park and enter the park directly. Because you can enter the park directly the next morning, it is convenient and fast. Go early and there are few people. The children can see the 7 national treasures giant pandas they have been thinking about, as well as Nuan Nuan who came back from Malaysia. The hot springs in the evening are also great. The children especially like the outdoor fish therapy hot springs.

The housekeeper Xiao Wu added WeChat before the trip, and answered all questions throughout the trip. He was very friendly and liked it. The circus performance could incorporate more animal performance elements, and the price of animal feeding could be more affordable. The view from the room was very beautiful, with large French windows. In the morning, you could hear the peacocks calling and see three alpacas.

Because of the congestion on the highway, I arrived at the hotel late at night and missed the buffet. The hotel manager was very considerate and helped me book a dinner at a restaurant with red pandas. It was great! The food tasted good too! The room was very clean, and there were welcome fruits. I was surprised to find that the hotel upgraded the kangaroo parent-child room for me for free last night. The lively and cute little kangaroos are so adorable, and the children are so happy! The parent-child room is a big bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk is wider, so it’s okay for dad to sleep. After entering the park at 9 o'clock in the morning, the feeding journey officially started. From tigers, black bears, giraffes, elephants, camels... 15 kinds of animals were fed all day, and the children were satisfied. During the period, they also watched acrobatics, magic shows and sea lion shows. The most important thing is that the day here avoided the crowds during the May Day holiday, which was great😊

The service was very considerate and helped us solve the problem in time. The environment was clean and the service facilities were much better than the last time we stayed. The children said they would come again next time.
