On arrival staff were welcoming and spoke English. Online you could only book breakfast for one person so we were given a complimentary breakfast which was amazing! I also had a doctors appoin**ent in the morning so I couldn't eat but staff provided me with a takeaway box.
The hotel is dog friendly and there is even a private pet friendly elevator which was a nice touch.
The room was clean and spacious and the view was absolutely amazing!
I will be staying here again!

Returned to ParcVue Hotel Residence Nanjing for a weekend getaway, and it was just as fantastic as our first stay. The service remains top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff.
The views continue to be amazing, setting a pleasant backdrop for our time at the hotel. We appreciated the consistency of excellence in service and the overall experience. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a restaurant, gym, a play area for kids, and a refreshing swimming pool.
What's noteworthy is the attention to detail – cribs were readily provided for our room type, making our stay with the little ones hassle-free. ParcVue Hotel Residence remains our go-to choice for a delightful escape in Nanjing.

ParcVue is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and amenities, and high quality service. Also, it’s a pet-friendly hotel. They are one of few hotels in Nanjing that allow pets to be accommodated. My family and I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Nanjing. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. I would like acknowledge the dashing hotel manager named Sean and his two staff - Nancy and Icey who are equally so cordial. Thank you so much. Happy Chinese New Year!

酒店位於江心洲，很安靜，空氣也非常好，套房帶廚房帶客廳，特別適合家庭出行。前台接待員非常熱情，服務特別貼心、專業，第二天想續住，房間很緊張，Jasmine幫我訂了房間，非常感謝！還會再次入住。

房間沒話説，設施齊全，洗衣機，微波爐，電磁爐，還有鍋碗瓢盆等等一應俱全，適合自己燒飯吃。電視機有三台，就是沒有回看功能稍嫌美中不足。客廳+餐廳，麻雀雖小，五臟齊全。床品厚薄適中，床墊軟硬正好。整套客房燈光設計極具人性化，中央空調也很到位，特別是衞生間換氣扇功率強勁，手洗的衣服掛一夜就幹了。酒店自助餐還行，餐品不算多，但作為酒店公寓能夠配置餐廳提供早餐，也是鳳毛麟角，難能可貴。區域規劃綠化極好，到處都是綠鬱葱葱。酒店公寓是養生休息的好去處。酒店地處江心島，安靜，空氣極好。唯一短板就是距市區商業中心有十幾公里，如酒店能安排穿梭巴士，定時定點送接客人去市中心，就完美了。

我在酒店住了近一個月了，酒店在太湖邊上，周邊環境極佳，房間寬敞明亮安靜，從窗户一眼望去，滿眼的太湖美景，房間設施齊全很新，衞生很好。重點是早餐很好很好！中餐西餐都有，一碗混沌、一杯咖啡，讓人回味，一連吃了近一個月沒有吃膩，餐廳寬敞明亮，清潔衞生，服務很好，用餐愜意啊！更想説一下，酒店對寵物極其友好，有專門的乘坐電梯，太湖邊遛毛孩子美哉樂哉。
