Stelle Hotel the Businest Reviews

Not much experience in European hotels, but I’d imagine this is a typical business hotel with no frills. Basic room, basic service, breakfast to give you energy, but nothing more than that. The room had a moldy smell and was very basic. Location is very good if you need to access the central train station as it’s literally connected. It’s not a bad hotel for the price you pay and keep your expectations in line.

Behind the train station, it is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation! But the room decoration is old-fashioned The breakfast is very average!

Very cost-effective hotel. Right next to the train station, all facilities are available, including kettles. Breakfast was outsourced at a restaurant next door and was delicious, especially the blueberry croissant and ham. The only drawback is that a piece of the shower shelf in the bathroom is broken, causing the nozzle to not rotate.

The location is convenient. You can walk from the back of the station to the underground of the hotel. You don't have to pass by the street so that people can watch or follow you. The staff is friendly and can communicate in English. Recommended

The truth is that I may not be objective... because we had an incident as soon as we arrived, but hey, if you want a hotel near the station it is fine and with its own access, downstairs there is a bar, which is not the hotel's, but the girl She is very nice and speaks perfect Spanish. You have parking, they told me €18 for both nights, and in the end they charged me €36, but well... the truth is that it was not enough to discuss it... it has not been an experience to repeat, now, I want to highlight from trip how well cared for and supported I felt, thank you

Hello , This hotel is well placed but unfortunately there is a problem with the air conditioners which are out of order. I changed three rooms but in vain. The reception only one man and a woman made the effort to confirm the anomaly but they have no solution. A receptionist to avoid in the evening his aggressiveness and his eloquence left me one night with a summer air conditioning in winter, the latter does not respond to requests from trip.com who tried to find a heating solution in the middle of January and shouted at me above saying to me "i don't speack English" he advised me to see the policies for the air conditioning and whether I get sick or not it's not his problem, and seen in place the reservation is no longer refundable so it was up to me to accept the conditions as they are. Knowing that this receptionist is absent from reception in the evening and has been speaking English since my arrival. So I add this comment to this already on Google advising you to choose better or an Airbnb at this price 80 euros, in Paris and Milan we are well served while Naples is cheaper.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful! Close and convenient for early morning train

Room is clean but shower stall have a little mold on the glass side. otherwise in hotel in general is very good. outside & within hotel is kept well. Further down the hotel is very dirty. Overall, will not mind staying at Stelle again.
