We are just home from a 3 night stay in the Napoli Palace and Spa. The hotel is stunning, well located, outwith the busy city centre but less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and close by the football stadium. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and were always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was a generous size and the free upgrade for booking directly on the hotel website was a very welcome touch. The bathroom was stunning and spacious with a rainfall shower. There was a balcony and the window was equipped with an electric shade which was a nice touch. We could not figure out how to work the air conditioning and as a couple from Scotland this meant it was stifling in the room (Yes even in February) We booked the Wellness package which included a ”half board” dining plan and SPA access - the reason this review is only 3 stars. Half Board at this hotel is NOT half board, it is bed and breakfast with dinner 1 night of your stay - this is not made clear on the website, booking confirmation or on arrival at the hotel. The restaurant was always quiet (one or two tables in dining during our stay) so I cannot fathom a reason why they cannot include a proper half board option. The dishes served a la carte in the restaurant were pretentious and overpriced, it would be much busier if they served a simple Napoli style pizza/pasta menu at reasonable prices (The pizza restaurant next door was always busy and served delicious food). It is sad to read the reviews of a hotel with restaurant all comment on the food a neighbouring establishment. Breakfast was nice but a limited selection. SPA access - the spa is small but lovely and convenient, however, the SPA access included with your upgraded package is 1 x 60 minute session per person throughout your entire stay, not unlimited as you might expect. Additional time in the SPA can be purchased at 35 Euros Per person for 60 minutes use. They also offer beauty treatments which I can't comment on as I didn't partake. Overall we had a lovely experience here, the one thing that would have improved it tremendously was better clarity regarding the half-board and spa entry.

We stayed in this excellent hotel in Naples, in the area between Agnano and Bagnoli. The stay is really wonderful in all respects: The arrival was the first very positive step, being welcomed with smile and gentleness is a great presentation paper of hospitality.The room is quite spacious, comfortable and above all The staff is very professional, available and absolutely friendly. The strategic location of the Nuvo's, located just a few steps from the Cumana railway and near the metro, makes it a point of reference for visiting Naples and the surroundings. Great and clean hotel. Highly recommended. Glad that the hotel provides FREE private parking. Because u won't want to park outside or drive to the center, there is no car without a dent or scretch in Naples! XD There is a train station close to the hotel, and very cheap to central, eur 1.4. Don't worry it is not noisy at all inside of hotel. U can the local to help about buying and checking in the ticket, it is quite different from Asia or Holland. The only down side is that the last train back to hotel is 10 ish pm.... So u might need to take Uber back to hotel, it coasted us 22 eur.

We enjoyed the stay. Good location. Very spacious room with jacuzzi. Very comfortable bed and mattress. Large bathroom with wet room and shower. Very kind and polite staff who were very helpful. Would be happy to come back and stay here. Couple of issues was that TV wasn’t connecting to internet and some bathroom fittings were slightly loose. But overall very happy with the stay.

BUYER BEWARE this hotel is terrible! I got it on Hotwire last minute in Naples assuming it would be near the town. I was with my mother. The hotel is a 30 minute plus metro ride away and the hotel it self is a 25 minute walk from the closest metro station. It is also in a terrible part of town that is unsafe for any tourist especially with family. The hotel doesn’t make any of this clear. It also boasts a 4 star rating but the outside is actually disgusting. You are in a scary neighborhood and the building is decrepit. We were so scared we never got out of the taxi and instead have the taxi bring us back to Naples station and we got a refund. Please please please DO NOT go to this hotel if you are a tourist in Naples. Spend a few extra dollars, stay in town, and thank me later.
