"This is my second time staying here.
I'm staying alone, so I chose this place because I wanted a place to sleep and a well-equipped shared space. The cabins are for women only, so I was able to sleep peacefully, I was able to relax in the hot stone bath while reading manga until late into the night, and the fact that meals can be eaten inside the building was a big plus. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."
"If you are wanting to do something near the hotel location then I’m sure it’s perfect for a night or two.
We stayed for 1 night and it was a last minute booking. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They helped us with the car parking which was ¥1000 for the night. Let them know at reception and they will ask for your car registration. They’ll give you a QR code to scan before you leave in the morning.
Our room was tiny and we could hear the highway next to the hotel, there was one pillow each side and the beds were small.
Bedsheets were light and the draft from the window was enough to make the room feel cold.
TV was massive for the room size and in an awkward position, by the side of the bed. No smart tv apps but it did let you mirror YouTube on iPhone. Netflix doesn’t mirror.
You can help yourself to amenities at the front desk.
The elevators are very small and can hold 2-3 people comfortably.
Overall average hotel does the night but you wouldn’t want to stay for longer periods. At least not in the room we were in."
"The location is very easy to find. As soon as you leave the south exit of Keisei Tsudanuma Station and go down the stairs, you can see Kōban (police station). The building behind Kōban is the entrance to the hotel.
The breakfast is very Japanese-style, mainly Japanese food, with fish and sashimi as the main focus.
The miso soup is so good that even the Japanese praise it for being delicious. Most of the guests staying here are Japanese."

"It was clean, and the bathtub was very pleasant to soak in.
The room was spacious enough and there was an ironing board, a large desk and a TV so I could relax.
There was also an air purifier.
The hanger rack next to the door takes up very little space, but there was also a place to hang coats in the room so it wasn't a problem.
Check-in and check-out were smooth via machine."
"I always use it when I see concerts and professional baseball in Chiba Prefecture 、 I think the price is very reasonable for me, and I will definitely use it when I come to Chiba Prefecture again. Please continue in the future."
"It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while."

"This is an excellent hotel with a lovely view, friendly and helpful staff, and it is new and clean.
It is merely a stone’s throw from JR Makuhari Toyosuna Station and AEON MALL.
The surrounding atmosphere feels safe, peaceful, and relaxing.
It would be ideal if the Airport Bus, more restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores were available."
