Hotels in Negombo with Swimming Pools

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful resort. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped and comfortable with all the amenities. Nice sea view rooms. This is the best place in negambo if you search a relaxing holiday. Pool and surroundings are amazing. Restaurant staff were friendly and always with a smile. Special thank to chathuranga. The hotel is very good, I set the annex, it is opposite, noisy along the street, but the rooms are relatively clean. In addition, you can enjoy all the equipment in the main building. The swimming pool is nice and the hotel has a private beach which looks great. The service staff were very good. Breakfast is very generous, single room set, but with children, only 850 rubles (33 yuan) for half-price breakfast. The next day I stayed at the Jetwing lake hotel under Lion Rock, great!

This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is okay, self-service, the fatal problem is that the bed is too soft, the pillows are very hard and high, super uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well all night, and I couldn't sleep on the pillows. Everything else is fine

It’s too old. In short, apart from the gallery, Jetwing Group’s hotels in Sri Lanka are worthy of praise. The other lagoon and lighthouse I have stayed in are too old. Moreover, because they are the works of local national treasure designers, the prices are relatively high, and they are not cost-effective hotels.

I booked a deluxe king-bed room to make it more comfortable for me to sleep alone. The guy at the front desk made it into a twin-bed room for me. After communicating with me, I quickly changed the room. The facilities and equipment are quite old. When booking this hotel, don’t book it on Ctrip The reservation for dinner and breakfast was a group that was not delicious. The Western food at the restaurant for an extra fee is still available and the price is not expensive. It is just too close to the seaside. Sometimes there will be power outages. Sometimes the lights will be on and the air conditioner will automatically turn off (I guess the voltage is insufficient) , there is also a jewelry store on the first floor of the hotel, don’t buy it, they are all jewelry with high water content! When I left at the end, I piled a pillow mountain of tips on them (just 1,300 rupees).

Breakfast is generally but a large amount, relatively simple, medium and medium rules. The room is huge, the bathroom is huge, there are slippers, but there is no toothpaste toothbrush, no water, the hotel door has a small supermarket in a few tens of meters, it is convenient, there are food, there are fruits. The hotel is not far from the north of the lagoon, the hotel beach is good.

The hotel is located in Negombo, about ten minutes' drive from Colombo Airport. The room is quite big and the air conditioning is cold enough. The balcony of the room on the first floor goes directly to the beach, making it a suitable place for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel as a whole is very formal in Sri Lanka, the service is good, the restaurant is affordable and delicious, we have eaten 100 people per person for many days, can add an extra bed, very close to the airport, about 6 kilometers from the beach, but the beach in Langka How about lying in the hotel pool?
