They were super-friendly and attentive to any hiccups, which were not major. I knocked over a big cup of coffee and they jumped into action in a nanosecond, remaining pleasant. The aesthetic of the common areas and the room were superior. Only thing that did not make sense was the $10 parking fee. The hotel is not downtown, it's not in a ritzy area nor is there an issue with parking availability with the scale of the lodging. It's just a regular ol' parking lot at a common hotel in a mediocre area with access to major thoroughfares.

went to this property for a stay only for them to tell me that they overbooked the hotel and referred me to a different hotel not only did I not stay at this establishment but they they also charge my card for the amount of the day when I didn’t even stay, there wouldn’t book for this hotel again thanks

The staff was great.
The only complaint is having to pay for morning coffee. There was only decaf in the room and the lobby was $3,20.

Staff was busy flirting with girls vs helping customers. Trash cans overflowing and trash all over. Room was filthy with white stuff on the walls.

Hotel was clean. However, they don’t tell you that room service is by request only. Every night I had to go to the desk and request it and for a 3 night stay they never came once. Every night I had to go to the desk and get fresh towels, tissues, toilet paper as we ran out. They also charge your card $9.95 a night for parking.

Arrived late at hotel and check in was super fast. Room decor is contemporary and beautiful. Very large bed and great mattress. Surprisingly quiet for being so near to major highway. Excellent!

Nice new property, close to the highway. Only downfall was the parking lots were full of snow. Very messy, other than that it was a good stay.

A very modern,well-appointed, spotlessly clean place to stay. The people working there were very professional and friendly.also. Just try to get a room located in the back, if possible, away from the traffic noise.
