Very Good

王王I traveled in the morning, because this hotel is close to the company, so I chose to stay. This hotel really needs to spit. The air-conditioning outlet in the room is on the floor. When the air-conditioning is turned on, the noise, Emma, originally needs jet lag, but This noise can't sleep at all, unless it can't stand it! Also, talk about the breakfast at this hotel, a few things every day, no more choices! After eating for a day, I went to Diner, 3 km outside the hotel, the next day! Not recommended but no way, next time I live in countyard, just across the road!

AAnonymous UserThe Hotel Marcel was quite Modern and very aesthetically pleasing! Upon arrival, I could tell this hotel was full of charm and personality. I especially enjoyed my stay in a corner suite with a King bed. The bathroom was very luxurious and I felt as though it was something out of a magazine. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and affordable. If I had one gripe it would be that the interior of the room was very dim in lighting even when the lights were fully on (touch censored lighting was available). I wish more light was able to be in the room.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location but it was moldy and amenities were missing from the room, batteries dead in the thermostat, my first room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was greasy. When I mentioned the state of my room they quickly moved me to another room so that was nice. The most frustrating part about this hotel was the fact that my family members and I asked weeks in advance if we could book rooms on the same floor in the same general area. The hotel agreed but once we arrived they put us on all different floors, opposite sides of the hotel and everything. We tried to make the best of it. My mother and I as well as my cousins met in my aunt's double room daily so we could all be together but a neighboring room made a noise complaint. They would never have had to complain if the hotel had booked all our rooms together as we had requested.

MMuhammad Sabir JanLocation is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

XXiluoEverything went well until the second night we found the room was not cleaned when we came back. We stayed in this hotel in 2019. It seems after Covid the hotel service has been declining quite bit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is next to the highway, the room is very well equipped, there is a microwave, refrigerator and a large sofa, breakfast is relatively simple, the service staff is good 👍 There is a Carrefour supermarket next to the road not far away, and there are chain stores and gas stations around. There is free parking in front of the hotel 🅿️

SSmithIsabellathis day is always awesome here at Extended Stay I wouldn't recommend any other hotel in this area other than the extended stay there on top of their cleanliness as well as their maintenance and they are also extremely considerate and professional they go out of their way to help you in any way possible if need be I myself have seen other people come in to check in and ask if they could be told we're a good restaurant is or what's the place best place to go for a drink and I have seen them go out of their way and not only handing out menus but also giving names and phone numbers of places that they recommend they try to make your stay more than comfortable and it shows in every way it's a little tucked away up on top of the hill behind 390 flats but it also has an excellent view very pretty and not too far tucked away where you can't reach everything it's just enough for now with my situation I call it my home very proudly
