New York Hotels with Bars

The lobby is on the 12th floor. I forgot to take a photo of the room. The room is not big, but it is convenient. There is a newly opened shopping mall next to it. There are Tai Er Pickled Fish, Xiaolongkan Hotpot, and Nanxiang Xiaolongbao next to it, which really satisfied the Chinese stomach.

The layout of the room is reasonable, exquisite and compact, with both artistic sense and practicality. It's super close to walk to Chinatown and Wall Street!

Clean and tidy hotel within easy reach of all the Downtown attractions, WTC, Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry etc with easy access to the Metro. Restaurant food is expensive but there’s lots of street food and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Fairly easy (and cheap) to get to from Newark International AirPort. A few people said the lifts were slow but I never had to wait overly long. I’d stay there again

Great location to be at, it’s a very busy hotel.. You can request toiletries from the housekeeping if you forgot to bring your own. Very thoughtful housekeepers who kept the room tidy although I had lots of stuffed toys all over.

The hotel has a perfect location in a great area in Manhattan, just on Times Square. The rooms are tiny but new and confortable, it is a good value for money all in all considering location in Manhattan. Highly recommended, i will definitely be back soon again!.

The location is so amazing that I will stay again even though other things didn’t impress me. I’m trying to upload a pic of my ’city view’ that I booked but it’s not working. I had a view of someone else’s window. And I was put on the 19th flr with this crap ’view’ which meant waiting 5-10 minutes for the elevator each time.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay from October 17th to 23rd Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay. For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber. Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns. The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

The room is relatively big enough and clean. However, I really did not like the service in all aspects as following: Front desk: It took 20 minutes to explain that breakfast was included. I showed my email and app where it is clearly written ”included”. Breakfast: very simple one and refill takes forever. I had to tell the waitress to refill the coffee and other meals who was standing next to the table and scrolling her cell phone without any greeting to anybody. Shuttle bus: We made a reservation for the bus at 12 pm and we're told to exit the hotel 10 minutes before. The bus driver did not open the bus door and showed his 5 fingers to wait. I knocked the door at 12 to get in but the driver was so rude and asked if we were in hurry and complained that he had been awake since 2 am. It was his duty to take us to the airport on time. He complained again and again during the ride which was unbelievable. I never experienced such behavior from shuttle bus driver. Overall the hotel is not 4 star hotel! It is 3 or below.

The location of the hotel is very good👍It is within a 10-minute walk to the famous New York attractions such as Wall Street Bull, 911 Memorial, Trinity Church, New World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty Pier, etc. The hotel also has $30 restaurant coupons and $10 snacks and drinks every day, which is very practical👍The service staff is also very good👍They took the initiative to help with luggage🧳 (because there are several steps). Due to special circumstances, we applied for a refund on the last day of the room, and the hotel also very kindly accepted and agreed to the refund application! Very humane👍! Highly recommended!
