號稱老錢風的酒店富麗堂皇，行李員和服務員大多是白人大概就是酒店地位的標志。
房間挺大，衛生間尤其大。咖啡機、熱水壺、飲用水需要order才有，點咖啡膠囊還要付費哦。
與五星酒店地位不相稱的是，被子居然不用被套、而是用兩條床單上下包裹、你睡覺翻身，被芯就露出來了，想想就噁心，而且和酒店反應，他們居然說他們只有這種方式包裹被子。
我深切的體會就是這家酒店喝個下午茶，拍拍照就好，住宿體驗很普通，畢竟紐約好酒店太多了！

Plaza 在紐約有名到衹要你説，所有人都認識。Plaza 位置太好了，分成私人住宅和酒店兩部分，他們酒店我最喜歡的是地下一層美國貴婦大食代，從 LadyM 到好餐館集合在一起……然而不知道是不是疫情美食廣場關了。房間就是修舊如舊，打開櫃櫥又有各種電子設備喜歡這個調調的應該滿意。

Lots of unexpected charges. $12 “delivery fee” for room service. $65 nightly “urban experience” fee. I was told there was $50 to use with the urban experience fee, used it on snacks in the room. At check out, they told me that wasn’t included in what you could use the money on. Keys wouldn’t work at check-in. Had to make 4 trips to the lobby from 15th floor. Not worth the money. If you like shabby chic, then stay here. No coffee maker. Feeling duped by staying here. 100% will not be coming back.

An amazing hotel, one of the top 5 I’ve been too. Smells like flowers throughout the hotel and everyone was friendly. Bed with comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure. Quite in the room except some minor honking or sirens every once’s in a while, but it’s New York, so not a big deal. I would stay here again, only thing I was not a fan of was the in room dining, everything was over cooked, but there are a lot of places to eat around so wasn’t a deal breaker.
