"Extremely dissatisfied. To the management of Hilton Dubai: I chose your hotel specifically because I trust the brand, driving 18 kilometers to get here, but my overall experience was terrible. After leaving the airport late at night, my GPS kept taking me in circles. I called the hotel twice and no one answered, finally checking in at 2 AM. The hotel's parking lot is hidden behind the building, so I had to park elsewhere first, then follow directions to find it. I didn't fall asleep until 6 AM, only to receive a call to check out at 11:30 AM. Most hotels in my country have a 2:30 PM check-out time, and I hadn't noticed the platform's policy. The hotel only allowed me to extend until 12:30 PM, which severely disrupted my rest. It's clear that your staff do not uphold high service standards, nor do they follow the service philosophy of 'How to Serve Like a Gentleman.' I don't need compensation, but I will not choose this hotel again in the future. Please address these issues and respond."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available."

"The hotel exceeded all my expectations, I'm genuinely surprised! It's new, very clean, and comfortable. At my request, the lovely Indian lady at the front desk, Cornelia, gave me a non-smoking room. Everything in the room was new, spacious, clean, and cozy, with all necessary amenities, soft towels, and a large bed. The metro station is right across the road."

"Stayed for about 4 hrs, cause we had short layover, we decided to book a hotel, but my advise - don't do it cause we thought that we could easily order a taxi after exiting T1 which was a disaster, this was my second visit in Dubai and I was really shocked that there were so many taxies which were asking skyrocketing prices , we tried to order yandex which operates there but no luck ( after struggling for 2 hrs) maybe bolt and uber would be easier to reach but we didn't succeed that's why decided to take subway and change to taxi. Luckily it works till 12 am. We took red line till Union station which cost 12 dirhams for 2 people and 42 dirhams.to our dest. ( 54 AED meanwhile at the airport the taxis were requesting 130 AED ) The hotel itself is ok , the guys at the reception were kind and helpful. The room was spacious but seemed that they didn't completely clean the room cause there was trash in the bin and sunflower seeds on the rug. The smell was not nice. No water bottle and slippers ( maybe they didn't provide) Since we were staying just for couple of hours this was a cheap and good option closer to the airport. If possible just get rid of rugs cause of that it smells moldy and not nice. The fridge was also making noises."

"I like the front desk staff, they are very friendly, funny, problem solving, down to earth. I like the middle eastern style food for breakfast, as tourists this is what we want to experience. The room service is average, I don't need daily cleaning, but I expect water and tea to be replenished daily... The bar, restaurant, cafe, shisha are all good, the service at the pool is also good, I like it and will come again next time"
