"I checked in quite late, around 3 AM, and thought the staff might be tired. To my surprise, the two ladies at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic. A young man even proactively helped with my luggage. The service experience was truly top-notch. The room's cleanliness was excellent; it was spotless and fresh with no unpleasant odors. They also provided complimentary fruit and yogurt, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast at around 10 AM offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel also has its own dedicated parking lot, making parking very convenient and stress-free for travelers. I highly recommend staying here."

"Our trip to Narat was made perfect by the Spruce Lodge! By the time we arrived at the hotel from the Duku Highway, both the elderly and the children were starving. The staff promptly brought out a lavish afternoon tea with an array of exquisite pastries, nuts, candied fruits, and fruit tea. A while later, they even brought out fresh fruit – it was a lifesaver! The hotel's location is arguably the most beautiful spot in the river valley grassland. From our room's balcony, we overlooked rolling emerald hills dotted with grazing cattle, horses, and sheep. Behind the hotel's restaurant lies an even more stunning secret garden – vast grasslands with small hills in the distance. Dining at the hotel's restaurant while watching the sunset over the grasslands, with the hotel's Akhal-Teke horses strolling by and lambs playfully nuzzling nearby, felt like pure bliss! The kids finished their meal first and went with their dad to climb the distant small hill, accompanied all the way by the hotel's border collie – so much fun! In the afternoon, we went to a shepherd's home on the back hill to milk cows, and the shepherd patiently taught the children; it was an incredibly enriching experience! Before our arrival, the hotel set up a dedicated concierge group for each guest, ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests – super heartwarming! Oh, and by comparison, the concierge helping us snag self-driving tickets was probably the least noteworthy of their services, haha! People online often say Narat isn't worth visiting, but that must be because they didn't choose the right way to experience it. I believe Narat is a must-visit, and you absolutely *must* stay at the Spruce Lodge!"

"The rooms are spacious and transparent, bright and comfortable, and the layout design is very user-friendly. The sanitary condition is first-class, and the details are cleaned very clean. The quality of the bedding is very high, and it is particularly comfortable to fall asleep, which completely relieves the fatigue of the day. Hotel location is excellent, travel is convenient, there is free parking service, very friendly to self-driving guests. The overall price is very high, will come again next time!"

"From the moment I walked in, every staff member was incredibly friendly. It was my first time staying at a hotel where I truly felt at home, rather than just receiving a standard service. The coffee bar was meticulously organized and spotless, even though there were quite a few guests during my two-day stay. This cleanliness really shows how attentive and careful each staff member is. My room was bright and absolutely spotless, and the bed was neatly made with no strange odors. Xinjiang is truly wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have stayed at this hotel. Every day I was here, the sky was clear and sunny, but as I was leaving today, it started to rain. "The cleanliness was exceptional, with not a speck of dust even in the corners, and the wet/dry separated bathroom was odor-free. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for visiting various scenic spots the next day. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including specialty dishes from Xinjiang. I had a very comfortable stay."

"The environment was so comfortable, right across from the Nalati Scenic Area. The newly opened guesthouse was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was very comfortable. Most importantly, the owner, the auntie, and the staff were all very welcoming. There was barbecue and fruit provided upon check-in, and the auntie even let us eat vegetables she had grown herself. It was a very happy two days. There were also fast charging stations at the tram stop. This was the happiest place I stayed during my ten-plus days in Xinjiang. I flew back to Guangzhou today. I wish the owner great success in his business."

"The room was great, and all five of us on the trip were very satisfied! First of all, the room was clean and tidy, and the decor was really nice, plus it was spacious. The beds were also very comfortable, unlike other guesthouses at this price point, offering excellent value for money. My friends who like to air-dry clothes when traveling absolutely loved that there's a common area for drying laundry, which is super convenient for long-term travelers like us. The guy at the front desk was also super nice (a bit like Park Bo-gum) 😄! All in all, we were very happy!"
