Found the perfect hotel in Nalati! Everything, from the views and service to the dining, exceeded my expectations. The hotel's scenery is absolutely breathtaking. In the evening, you can witness stunning pink and orange sunsets. Opening the window reveals continuous snow-capped mountains and vast snowfields. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room act like natural frames, offering panoramic views of Nalati's ultimate winter beauty. The courtyard, covered in snow, looks like a winter wonderland, and occasionally, you'll encounter the hotel's adorable cats and dogs, adding a lot of charm. The dining truly stood out. The specialty hotpot set meal was incredibly generous, with two large pots of soup base, each with a distinct flavor. The ingredients were fresh and abundant, packed with beef, lamb, and various vegetables. It struck a great balance between taste and value for money, making for a warm and comforting meal in winter. The accommodation details were very thoughtful. The smart home devices were easy to operate, and the room was equipped with a humidifier and a heated toilet seat, perfectly solving the dryness and coldness issues of winter in the north. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The bathroom was dry-wet separated, hot water was readily available, and toiletries were comprehensive. Service was impeccable. The butler was warm and attentive, proactively assisting with storing ski equipment and other gear. The front desk staff provided meticulous service; when we had an early start for our itinerary, they thoughtfully packed freshly baked naan bread and hot milk for us. The hotel's location is close to the scenic area, making travel convenient, and the surroundings are quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, this was an absolutely perfect stay. It's highly recommended for family trips, friends traveling together, or solo travelers planning to visit Nalati! I definitely plan to come back and experience the summer sky grassland next time!

I heard the hotel is quite expensive in summer, so coming in winter during the off-peak season was a good decision. It offers good value for money. If you're staying at the hotel and not planning to visit the Cloudland scenic area, you can ask the hotel butler to register you, and you can enter the park without buying a ticket. The hotel's ski resort is also decent, with fewer people, making it a good spot to practice skiing. However, the magic carpet takes an awfully long time, which feels like a waste of time. You ski down quickly, but then spend ages on the magic carpet. The intermediate and advanced slopes have a cable car, but that also takes a while. If you hire a coach, this time is quite inefficient. The room has both air conditioning and underfloor heating. It can get uncomfortably hot, so I had to open the door to feel comfortable. The courtyard is great for kids to play and dig in the snow. Overall, it's pretty good. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's enough to fill you up. The biggest issue with the room was that the sink's drain would pool water, and the shower area had severe pooling too. Perhaps there was a design flaw during renovation. I always disinfect before using a bathroom, and when I rinsed the floor with the showerhead, I saw bubbles, which means it wasn't cleaned properly. I couldn't upload a video because it wasn't over 5 seconds, so I could only provide screenshots for reference. On the night of check-in, I noticed the water pooling before showering and asked the butler to send someone to fix it. A technician came, and it improved slightly, but the pooling persisted. After checking out, the hotel butler contacted me, and I honestly explained the situation. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.

Overall, it just opened on July 1st, and it is in the trial operation run-in period. The hardware facilities and overall environment exceed 90% of the hotels in Nalati Town. However, management, service, communication and details are not satisfactory. The price of more than 700 in a small town of one or two hundred per capita is really bad. 1. Check-in clearly stated that ”don't have two rooms”, or gave room 1340. This room took more than 3 minutes from the hotel front desk to the room. The southernmost, most cornered, most cold and the most roaring room. Yes, the little girl at the front desk gave the upgraded view room. Is it not understand the requirements of the two-headed room? Or give it, give it, don't say, don't say the farthest and innermost, the sound of the demon wind at night, and I didn't fall asleep all night! ! ! Remember, guests who want to stay do not choose room 1340, try it if you don't believe it. 2. The room at the end of September was equipped with a summer quilt. In the middle of the night, the demon wind was awakened and frozen. The air conditioner was turned on to 27.5 degrees. It was not hot. I was also angry! ! 3. Wood room card (2 cards) can't open the door! ! There are a lot of luggage, bring your own luggage cart, drag on the carpet for 5 minutes to the door of 1340, 2 room cards can't open the door? ? ? ! ! ! The little girl in the linen room next door saw that the door was opened with the employee card, and then the little girl went to the front desk to change the card to the room, and the cola was behind and listened. Back to the card itself, I called the front desk to ask why I asked not to return the two rooms, why the wooden card could not open the door? Reply to the wooden card environmental protection, the chip is not easy to open... I have lived in various hotels in the world's wooden cards, and I heard such a wonderful explanation for the first time. 3. Washing clothes, the laundry room and gym on the west side of the front desk are next to each other, 2 dryers, 4 washing machines, no Atour-like note and suction stone can write the room number on the washing machine, which doesn't matter. There is a large bottle of blue moon on the pool. I don't know if it is with the whole season and Atour machine that does not need to put laundry detergent, so I asked an uncle cleaning and chatted two words to make me angry. I asked uncle, hello, can I use laundry detergent in the washing machine? Answer: Ah. Ask one side, or, finally, ask again, or answer the non-ask. The uncle should be 50 or 60 years old, there are not many teeth (I am not discrimination), there is no effective communication, an international brand, whether employees should have some requirements and standards. 4. The restaurant has many Chinese and Western styles. The fish steamed in the cold day is very fishy. The steak is very woody and can't bite. The handmade noodles are OK. The coffee mechanism is sprayed everywhere... 6. Finally, I returned to the front desk to check out. I complained that I froze to death at 1340 last night and didn't fall asleep. I changed a young lady to echo. The room was far away... Hahahahaha! ***I am happy. I went to the south of the front desk to open the glass door to take a photo of the inner court, and looked to the right. The wooden sofa chair was not horizontally corrected, but with the balcony slope. Summary: 1. Details, everything is details. Just opened for two months, understandable, extenuating, but, the particular guests will not give you a second chance to explain. 2. Management, no standards, from the front desk to cleaning, too much invalid communication, no training, no vitality, where did the management team come from, is there a personnel access mechanism? Why do personnel eat? 3. Service, hardware facilities and elegant environment are hard, otherwise shareholders invest in the depths of the secret environment, ***? The core is that people are services, details are standards, nothing, and will not be considered in the future. I lived in more than 6,000 magnificent, and I also lived in a hotel of 100 yuan. I still returned to the original sentence. In a small town of one or two hundred per capita, I chose more than 700 holidays. It is a trust in the brand, an recognition of the service, and a bottom line of comfort. However, Nalati Holiday Hotel, no change, the store must be poor. Just write it like this, and I am sleepy. The hotel is located at the De Grasse node at the heart of the valley and grassland line of the Narati Scenic Area. Covering an area of about 280 mu, it is composed of 15 European buildings and 38 courtyards. There are 340 suites, double rooms and single rooms. Featuring buffet restaurant, banquet hall, multi-function hall, dining box, KTV, chess and card room, hot spring area, SPA, sports center, tea room and other related supporting facilities can meet the needs of high-end services such as self-driving, group construction, annual meeting and grassland wedding

The new guesthouse had friendly service, but many details were lacking. First, the pillows were both very hard and high, unlike other guesthouses that usually provide two pillows of different heights and textures. I used a folded bathrobe as a pillow, and my two friends woke up with very uncomfortable necks after one night. The bathroom was extremely small; the triple room only had a tiny sink, barely a few dozen centimeters wide, and no overhead light. It was impossible to see clearly while applying makeup; you had to sit by the window for light. The sink leaked, and the floor was constantly dripping. One of the vegetarian dishes at breakfast was inexplicably cold. Overall, the guesthouse's details, design, and management were unsatisfactory; I would not recommend staying there.

This was the most expensive yet most satisfying hotel of our trip – definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for.' We chose the newly opened Indigo for New Year's Eve. There were activities at the bar in the evening, but we were too tired to join. The view room was spacious with unique decor, offering direct views of Nalat Valley and the ski resort. The bathroom had a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate toilet and shower with excellent water pressure and consistent hot water – everything was perfect. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities included custom tea bags from 'Charlies Tea,' which was a nice touch. The capsule coffee machine came with four capsules, a huge plus for heavy coffee drinkers. The mineral water was Nongfu Spring's white label, and there was a wide variety of glasses – tea cups, water glasses, coffee cups, beverage glasses, and wine glasses. It felt like they were high-end brands (even if they weren't), showing great attention to detail. The TV also supported screen mirroring. There weren't many dining options near the hotel, so we ate at the hotel's restaurant. Dinner was a hotpot buffet with a limited selection of dishes, but they had freshly sliced beef and lamb. I suspect the restaurant underestimated the number of guests, as they ran out of lamb and eventually served thawed lamb leg (likely intended for stir-fried lamb with scallions). While they could have just said they were out, I appreciated their effort to find a solution. Plus, a guest asked for fries near closing time, and the kitchen staff freshly fried them – kudos to the back-of-house team. Breakfast had a rich variety of dishes, including freshly pulled noodles and 'guo you rou' (stir-fried lamb with gravy) topping, which was excellent. In the evening, they delivered complimentary sweet soup, and for New Year's Eve, they even gave us a bottle of red wine – a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, the hotel was very photogenic, and the experience was great.

I've stayed in all sorts of resorts, but this is the only one I've ever wanted to rebook immediately upon checking in, and felt genuinely compelled to leave a positive review for. To be honest, before arriving, I actually had quite a few complaints about the hotel. We weren't driving, and the round-trip fare for two from Yining city to Nalati cost us almost 700 yuan. On top of that, when we contacted the hotel, we found out they didn't have a shuttle bus to Nalati town. My friend and I weren't too happy, and we questioned each other several times on the way there if this hotel was really worth traveling so far from Sichuan for. We arrived at the hotel after 10 PM. It was pitch black, but a front desk staff member was there to help with our luggage. The moment we checked in and walked into the hotel, we were both stunned. Snow covered the mountains as far as the eye could see, and a few scattered guest rooms nestled in the snowy landscape, not at all out of place, as if they were always meant to be part of this snowy scene. I've rarely seen a hotel that blends so perfectly with its surroundings; every building felt like it was naturally formed. Few hotels can achieve this, Ctrip, you really outdid yourselves. For this price point, to deliver something like this, it's truly incredible. Once we entered our room, it felt even more like a secluded paradise, with absolute quiet all around. Despite the hotel having so many rooms, we didn't see many traces of other guests. We celebrated New Year's Eve alone in the snow, exactly the pure, city-escape New Year's Eve we wanted. Staying here gave me a long-lost sense of peace. That very night, I quickly booked the room for the next day. Even if it meant skipping one attraction, it didn't matter, because that sense of a true getaway is rare, and this moment was truly worth cherishing. The hotel's cat is adorable and has great boundaries. She only comes in if you invite her and won't jump onto the beds in the room. Such a cute, friendly, and well-behaved little cat. Finally, I want to say that this trip was the most delightful surprise of our nearly ten days in Xinjiang. Perhaps because Nalati has fewer tourists, it allowed for a more authentic return to winter's essence, letting me genuinely experience life. As I write this review, I'm back in my own city, but I deeply miss those days in Nalati. I believe those two or three days in Nalati at the beginning of the New Year will be the motivation for me to work hard and live well this year. I've already made plans with my family to stay at the hotel again in the summer, hoping they can also have a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and decorated, with a stunning view of the Narat Mountains from the window. The room design was the most complete and well-planned of all the guesthouses I stayed in during my Xinjiang trip. Our room also had a private terrace. In the evening, we had the owner's homemade beef hot pot, which was the best beef I've ever had—highly recommended!

The furniture in this B&B has a vintage American style, and it feels quite high-quality to the touch. The headboard is镂空 (carved/hollowed out), and the pendant lamp casts a warm glow on the bed, making the oil painting on the wall appear even more serene in its halo. I really liked their disposable amenities; they looked and felt very premium. And the balcony's location is absolutely perfect! Up close, you can see the courtyard, where the lights beautifully illuminate the flowers, plants, and a small gazebo, with solar lights twinkling along the path. Looking further out, the outline of Nalat Mountain appears incredibly gentle under the moonlight. Sitting at the tea table on the balcony, sipping tea, smelling the grass, and gazing up at the moon and stars – it's truly delightful.
