linda11This small but charming guesthouse is meticulously maintained by the owner. High-end mattresses, pillows, and linens are used, providing a comfortable resting environment. The owner and staff have a wonderful work ethic, treating guests like friends and family. The guesthouse is very close to the Nalati Visitor Center, just a ten-minute walk, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Views of the Nalati's silken hillsides are available from the rooms.

Guest UserOur stay was incredibly comfortable! My child wanted to stay in a treehouse, and I initially worried it might be cramped, but it exceeded all expectations – it had everything we needed. The biggest highlight was the overall environment; there aren't many rooms, but there's a lot of space, and even various small animals. The wooden cabins are surrounded by lavender and lilies, making for an absolutely stunning view. The most surprising part was breakfast; I was blown away by a bowl of refreshing beef noodles. While there wasn't a huge variety, almost everything was delicious, even my picky eater gave it a five-star rating! 😊 The owner was also very nice and even arranged a garden afternoon tea for us.

LordtinaWe stayed here while backpacking, and it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect, the scenic centre isn’t too far. You can walk there if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll The hotel has a washing machine, which was a huge plus for travellers like us.
But what made this stay unforgettable was the kindness of the hotel owner, Mr. Liang Yue Yang. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering us a ride to the scenic area, helping us buy bus tickets, to making sure we had everything we needed—his warmth and generosity touched our hearts. He even offered to send us to the bus station on our departure day.
The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Just a short walk away, there’s a peaceful river that’s perfect for a quiet picnic.
As Muslim travellers, we were also relieved to find halal food easily available nearby.
This place may be small, but the hospitality we received was big in every way. We’re so grateful we chose to stay here.

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

Guest UserIt's rare to find a decent breakfast in Xinjiang, but this hotel has a great selection, served from 8 AM to 10 AM. The room features fully smart appliances. What I loved most was the washing machine and the constant-temperature mineral water, which was super convenient for mixing milk. Nalat Grassland is quite big, and the hotel is only a 5-minute drive from the scenic area's main gate, which was very convenient as I was traveling with a child. We stayed for two nights.

Anonymous UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame.
The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness.
I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious.
Areas for improvement:
The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable.
Overall, I still highly recommend it.

Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

Guest UserThe room was spotless and fully equipped with smart controls, which was incredibly convenient. In the morning, I didn't even need to get out of bed to open the curtains if I wanted to film a quick video. Both the hotel and the dining areas offered fantastic views, so every photo I took was a scenic shot. They delivered a mini hot pot in the evening, and breakfast included a variety of small dishes, staple foods, and quality protein – perfect for a trip. My only wish is that the evening hot pot had a spicy option!

Guest UserThis B&B is quite close to the scenic area, with a great environment. Behind it is a vast grassland where you can see cattle and sheep. The facilities are very new and the hygiene is excellent. It was one of the most comfortable stays I've had in Xinjiang. The service was very attentive; a butler greeted us at the entrance and helped with luggage. Breakfast was also fantastic, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. We had dinner there too, and the food was delicious and perfectly suited our taste.

LihaorenshengI walked around the neighborhood and found that although his house was not big and had not many rooms, the yard was very warm and romantic. The washing machine can wash clothes, which is very convenient. 100 meters from their house is the river, which is great for taking the kids to play! When it is quiet in the morning, you can hear the sound of the river in the yard.
It was very quiet to sleep at night!
Of course, the main price is also very fair! The one diagonally opposite is a little bigger and costs more than three times as much!
It is very convenient for those who travel by car to their house. We didn't drive, we went there by ourselves, it's not very convenient to get a taxi in this place! Fortunately, the owner of the supermarket on the side of the road booked a car for me.
