～～jinshengThis guesthouse is genuinely run with great care. My 12-year-old daughter kept reminding me to give it a five-star review, and my 4-year-old kept saying she wants to come back. The owners are several very kind young men. All the facilities in the room are far superior to other hotels or guesthouses. After more than ten days of traveling, this was the only place that provided bath slippers, disposable slippers, and a baby toothbrush and toothpaste set for my four-year-old, and the quality of everything was excellent. The toiletries in the bathroom weren't large bottles; they were replaced for each guest, and the shower gel smelled wonderful. The bottled water in the room was Baishishan, and there were also free Coke and Sprite. The disposable slippers were brushed cotton, and the complimentary tea in the room was also good. I was too tired at night, so I ordered food at the guesthouse, which was another pleasant surprise. After eating for over ten days, the best lamb soup I'd had wasn't in a restaurant, but in this guesthouse! It truly surprised me at every turn! Moreover, I learned a lot from the owners here. They weren't sitting behind the bar playing on their phones; they were in the courtyard and restaurant, ready to provide attentive and meticulous service to guests at any moment. Their hospitality, from greeting guests to sending them off, goes without saying. They even helped us with our luggage without us having to lift a finger. When we left, they even gave us a small gift bag of local products. But even without this gift, I would still give them a great review, because they constantly conveyed beauty and warmth to our family. They added surprise and a wonderful experience to our trip! We will definitely be back next year!

You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor.
Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us.
Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time.
In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back.
Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!

GGuest UserJust arrived back to Singapore from Xinjiang, and i am already miss the cool weather and great views.
After staying in many hotels and homestay, the one that left the most impression was still this 宿心一号院, was introduced by a friend and got amazed by it in many ways.
Firstly the environment, Xinjiang is well-known for great natural scenes and this place demonstrates it perfectly.
The yard is blooming with flowers and filled with many trees. For a second, i thought the flowers and grass are fake as they look so fine.
The place is serene and chill, i could just spend the day just on the well maintaijed yard.
I spent few hours on the chair on the grass patch just to look at the moutains and let the warm sun do its magic.
In late April, i managed to catch both side of perks. In front of me, i am witnessing moutains turning green by day. And if i just turn around, my eyes are filled with gorgeous snow mountains.
I was blown away by the scenery, and totally lost track of time.
The owner spent great effort on designing the place and creating the atmosphere.
You would see a friendly cat roaming around freely and few cute rabbits chewing on the grass。
was told that more flowers are hiding under the grounds and trees are waiting to bear fruits.
There is a backyard where they grow vegetables and fruits, raissd over 100 chickens just to provide the freshness.
They also have a tree house that is facing the river, that is where i would stay the next time.
Must be great waking up to see a river in front of you.
Secondly the food, they provide awesome breakfast. Organic fresh ingredients with the magic hand from the local chef make magics. I don't usually eat tomatoes but can't say no to their tomatoes fried eggs.
Their chicken are self-raised and you can expect the nothing but quality.

Also did order some of the local dishes, all is good.
Lastly, the host and staff are the highlights of the stay.
The host is a humorous gentleman that is filled with passion, he shared with me many things and can tell he loves what he do.
He gave me quire a few food recommendations on the possible places to go, what to skip and what to expect. Cant find a better local guide than him.
The staffs too are interesting people, managed to understand Xinjiang better with their help. It was fun to talk to young people that is filled with energy.

GGuest UserI've been in Xinjiang for eight days, staying in budget hotels, scenic cabins, and tent camps. This B&B truly exceeded my expectations. I originally planned to accommodate my children's bathtub needs, and they happened to have two. The room design was surprisingly exquisite. Small but complete, it boasts a king-size bed, a projector, a separate shower and sink, a washing machine, a bathtub, a refrigerator, and two hair dryers. The three-story building has an elevator and a fitness center in the courtyard. I'm giving this place a 10-star rating. This is absolutely no scam, and there's no cashback involved!

CChuanfan⛵️I've stayed in all sorts of resorts, but this is the only one I've ever wanted to rebook immediately upon checking in, and felt genuinely compelled to leave a positive review for.
To be honest, before arriving, I actually had quite a few complaints about the hotel. We weren't driving, and the round-trip fare for two from Yining city to Nalati cost us almost 700 yuan. On top of that, when we contacted the hotel, we found out they didn't have a shuttle bus to Nalati town. My friend and I weren't too happy, and we questioned each other several times on the way there if this hotel was really worth traveling so far from Sichuan for.
We arrived at the hotel after 10 PM. It was pitch black, but a front desk staff member was there to help with our luggage. The moment we checked in and walked into the hotel, we were both stunned. Snow covered the mountains as far as the eye could see, and a few scattered guest rooms nestled in the snowy landscape, not at all out of place, as if they were always meant to be part of this snowy scene. I've rarely seen a hotel that blends so perfectly with its surroundings; every building felt like it was naturally formed. Few hotels can achieve this, Ctrip, you really outdid yourselves. For this price point, to deliver something like this, it's truly incredible.
Once we entered our room, it felt even more like a secluded paradise, with absolute quiet all around. Despite the hotel having so many rooms, we didn't see many traces of other guests. We celebrated New Year's Eve alone in the snow, exactly the pure, city-escape New Year's Eve we wanted. Staying here gave me a long-lost sense of peace. That very night, I quickly booked the room for the next day. Even if it meant skipping one attraction, it didn't matter, because that sense of a true getaway is rare, and this moment was truly worth cherishing.
The hotel's cat is adorable and has great boundaries. She only comes in if you invite her and won't jump onto the beds in the room. Such a cute, friendly, and well-behaved little cat.
Finally, I want to say that this trip was the most delightful surprise of our nearly ten days in Xinjiang. Perhaps because Nalati has fewer tourists, it allowed for a more authentic return to winter's essence, letting me genuinely experience life. As I write this review, I'm back in my own city, but I deeply miss those days in Nalati. I believe those two or three days in Nalati at the beginning of the New Year will be the motivation for me to work hard and live well this year. I've already made plans with my family to stay at the hotel again in the summer, hoping they can also have a wonderful experience.

HHuang-hRoom hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it.
Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat.
Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around.
Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early.
Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.

The location was also not hard to find and conveniently located. We took a public bus from Yining and the drop-off location in Nalati was approximately a 10 minutes walk to the farmhouse. It was only a 5 minutes drive to the Nalati scenic area. There are also several good food options and convenience stores nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience.
The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were well-equipped, though the Wi-Fi speed was slow. However, the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast options were limited and the taste was just average. The value for money was exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. I will definitely choose this place again for my next business trip or vacation! Highly recommended!

As a Trip.com member, I could have unlimited drinks, and the staff, especially Xiao Zhou, were all excellent. The location is superb, and the environment is beautiful.
There was just one thing that left us confused. We decided to have one meal at the hotel restaurant, and as shown in the first picture, this small cold dish – which they called 'braised beef' – cost 118 RMB. We were quite surprised when it arrived and repeatedly confirmed with the staff, who insisted it was indeed the 118 RMB braised beef. We had no choice but to accept it. The next day, it even reappeared as a side dish on the breakfast buffet table, making for quite an expensive breakfast…
