"What was quite surprising when I first checked in was that I was given a free room upgrade even though I checked in late. As a result, a series of services later made me regret staying in this hotel. I stayed for two nights. When I returned to the hotel the next day, I found that my toothbrush and toothpaste had been cleaned away... After asking the front desk several times, I was told that the room cleaning staff threw away the toothbrush they thought was the hotel's own. This is outrageous. The toothbrush I brought with me is obviously different from the one in the hotel... I used my own toothbrush because I was not used to the hotel's toothbrush. As a result, the hotel dealt with it by giving me a few more toothbrushes from the hotel... Also, I lived on the ninth floor, and the shower water temperature was very unstable; it was not constant temperature. The shower water went from cold to hot and back to cold for two nights, and the water wasn't even hot on the second day..."

"The room is big and new without any peculiar smell. There are many delicious foods nearby. The security uncle downstairs is also very enthusiastic. I especially want to give a chicken drumstick to the lady with the 017 badge in the restaurant. Because of the tight schedule, we got up early and arrived at the restaurant at 8:15, thinking that there would be breakfast, but the restaurant only had breakfast at 8:30. The lady enthusiastically packed fruits and hot eggs for us and told us not to go hungry on the way. It felt like family! It was really heartwarming🥰!"

"The hotel has convenient parking and quick check-in. The room is clean and quiet with complete facilities. Xiao He at the front desk is very helpful, considerate and enthusiastic. I got two pairs of slippers wet after taking a shower. I wanted to ask the front desk for two more pairs, and they were delivered promptly. The transportation is convenient and easy to get in and out. The breakfast is also very good. There are many varieties and the taste is good. I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high. It is suitable for business trips and outings."

"I like the most comfortable homestay on this trip. The proprietress is very capable and enthusiastic. She helped us carry our luggage upstairs as soon as she came, and also cut fresh watermelon. "酒店就在馬路邊上，很好找，但是房間又全部都是朝裏的，過道在馬路這一側，晚上沒什麼噪音，訂的家庭房，設施很新，房間和圖片一致，但就是沒能裝電梯這個有點遺憾，前台很熱情的讓我們留下行李她幫我們搬上去，動作也很快，我們剛進房間，就把兩個28的大箱子都送上來了！房間熱水很快也很足，打開就來了，水壓夠，洗澡很舒服！真的大大的贊，洗去了一天的疲憊！洗衣房在二樓，機器是洗烘一體的，一套烘乾下來也要三個半小時，前台很貼心説我們幫你守着，烘乾完了還沒幹就幫你們晾起來，太貼心了。酒店雖然沒有早餐，但是好在後麪就是菜市場，步行距離就能到，還買了些牛肉和蔬菜去露營，一切都很順利，非常棒的一次入住！樓下旁邊的暴躁粉味道不錯，買了一份宵夜也很熱情！"

We stayed for 2 days and ate at the B&B. The food was delicious. We ate and drank enough at the B&B before going out to play. The housekeeper was super nice and responsive to all our requests.
The boss has a Border Collie named Chocolate, who is very affectionate and will accompany us to bask in the sun in the yard

GGuest UserJust arrived back to Singapore from Xinjiang, and i am already miss the cool weather and great views.
After staying in many hotels and homestay, the one that left the most impression was still this 宿心一号院, was introduced by a friend and got amazed by it in many ways.
Firstly the environment, Xinjiang is well-known for great natural scenes and this place demonstrates it perfectly.
The yard is blooming with flowers and filled with many trees. For a second, i thought the flowers and grass are fake as they look so fine.
The place is serene and chill, i could just spend the day just on the well maintaijed yard.
I spent few hours on the chair on the grass patch just to look at the moutains and let the warm sun do its magic.
In late April, i managed to catch both side of perks. In front of me, i am witnessing moutains turning green by day. And if i just turn around, my eyes are filled with gorgeous snow mountains.
I was blown away by the scenery, and totally lost track of time.
The owner spent great effort on designing the place and creating the atmosphere.
You would see a friendly cat roaming around freely and few cute rabbits chewing on the grass。
was told that more flowers are hiding under the grounds and trees are waiting to bear fruits.
There is a backyard where they grow vegetables and fruits, raissd over 100 chickens just to provide the freshness.
They also have a tree house that is facing the river, that is where i would stay the next time.
Must be great waking up to see a river in front of you.
Secondly the food, they provide awesome breakfast. Organic fresh ingredients with the magic hand from the local chef make magics. I don't usually eat tomatoes but can't say no to their tomatoes fried eggs.
Their chicken are self-raised and you can expect the nothing but quality.
大盘鸡 dapanji， also known as big plate chicken, love the potatoes that comes with it.
The best potatoes ever!
Also did order some of the local dishes, all is good.
Lastly, the host and staff are the highlights of the stay.
The host is a humorous gentleman that is filled with passion, he shared with me many things and can tell he loves what he do.
He gave me quire a few food recommendations on the possible places to go, what to skip and what to expect. Cant find a better local guide than him.
The staffs too are interesting people, managed to understand Xinjiang better with their help. It was fun to talk to young people that is filled with energy.

There were a lot of gimmicks, like zero-pressure mattresses. Isn't that standard hotel stuff? The room size was okay.
When I got off the bus, I thought I'd gone to the wrong place. It looked like a row of houses, like a B&B...
The laundry room only had two washers and two dryers.
The hotel interior was described as a bit of a design stunt, but I felt a few nice details.
But the price of over 1,000 yuan felt a bit inflated.
The smart controls were Xiaodu for the curtains and TV, nothing else.
The breakfast was similar to other Xinjiang hotels.
The selection was simple: millet porridge, egg noodles, and a few stir-fries.
It was convenient that there was a supermarket nearby, so I had Lanzhou beef noodles for a quick bite.
Next time, I'll consider other chain hotels for this price, as they offer better value.

GGuest UserThere are a lot fewer people in Nalati in the off-season in September. The location of the holiday is very good. It is 5 minutes away from the scenic spot and it is convenient to rest or enter the scenic spot at any time. There are not many tourists in the off-season. Breakfast and dinner are shared in the restaurant in Indigo next door. The mood of eating in the mountains is very good, but there is no bonfire party. There is a laundry room downstairs, it is convenient to wash clothes, the dryer has to wait, just ask the room service to take a drying rack, wash in the room at night and put it in the morning. Sometimes it is taken at breakfast. After eating, take it back and hang it on the balcony. The clothes are also dried at night. The only downside is that the hotel was newly opened in July, the room still smelled, and it should be much better next year, but Luna and the concierge guys at the front desk were super good, took us to see many empty rooms, and picked the lightest taste.

I didn't expect that there is such a luxurious, comfortable and well-equipped hotel in the scenic area, which can be compared with the five-star hotels in the city. The room is large, well-planned, quiet and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
Special praise for all the staff, warm and thoughtful, especially Zhang Yuze at the front desk, who also gave us food and fruits. Thank you very much, and I feel at home. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come next time, and I will recommend it to my friends. I hope Jinling Villa will get better and better!

Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience.
The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!

MM13496****The main advantages of this hotel are its location inside the East Gate of the scenic area, its beautiful setting in a small forest, and its ability to help book self-driving tour tickets. This last point saves a lot of sightseeing time for self-driving tourists; the section of the Duku Highway leading to Nalati often experiences traffic jams, so while other tourists are still en route, you can leisurely finish breakfast and drive straight into the scenic area. This must be the hotel's justification for its high price, primarily offering these premium service experiences.
I arrived in the afternoon, and the hotel helped book two-day self-driving tickets. I entered the scenic area that afternoon and played until sunset, then the next morning, I was among the first to enter the Sky Pasture. The overall experience was quite good, enjoying the sights when it wasn't too crowded.
Regarding the hotel itself, there aren't many parking spaces, but it was sufficient. Staff members will drive a small cart to pick you up with your luggage and take you to the main building, and the service attitude is generally good. My room had a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak after a tiring day of exploring. The hotel breakfast was also decent.
Now, for what I found lacking:
First, there's no washing machine. Given the price point and the limited number of rooms, it wouldn't be unreasonable to provide one. After all, most visitors to Xinjiang are on long trips, so having laundry facilities is quite necessary.
Second, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor, which was the most disappointing aspect of this stay. Unfortunately, one night, the guests in the adjacent room were incredibly inconsiderate, shouting and arguing late into the night, and I could hear everything clearly. This highlighted the poor sound insulation of the rooms, though it's also possible that the forest at night is so quiet that any sound becomes very noticeable.
Finally, there aren't many places to eat dinner around here, which other travelers should be aware of. We played until sunset, and there were no dining options nearby. Going to Nalati Town was quite far, so we just bought some random food from a small shop. So, guests planning to stay out late should plan their dinner accordingly.
Overall, it's a good place with some areas for improvement.
