"The location is excellent! We booked a family suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. The cathedral was right outside our window. The only downside is that it can get a little noisy downstairs with the street-facing restaurants and the crowds, but thankfully, the double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing."

"Overall nice, equipped with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets so no need to wait. Wish hostel can provide towel and slippers. Breakfast ok able to keep us full. Location wise also convenient , near to bus station and restaurants, bus just few stops away from the attractions."

"This hotel has such a playful vibe! The rooms, hallways, elevators, and even the restaurant are all so stylish. It's exciting to come back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. I had a moment of panic when I realized I'd left my bag, with my passport and money, in a locker at a hot spring tourist spot. The staff here were incredibly helpful and handled the situation with such care, even making a call in Hungarian for me. Thanks to them, I got everything back and could continue my trip without losing a single thing. It was an extra bonus to find out some of the staff could speak a little Japanese! There are tons of restaurants just a short walk away, plus a subway station nearby, and several supermarkets. This is truly a wonderful hotel, and I'd love to stay here again and again."

"Excellent service from welcoming and friendly Staff. Lat check-in possible. Good breakfast buffet with cold and hot dishes. Original interior and decoration with the carousel in the bar as the centrepiece. Recommend a drink in the hanging chairs. Meticulously clean."

"Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel's public areas were elegant and spotless, and the room size and facilities were very satisfying. I especially want to commend the front desk staff for their patient and friendly service. I arrived around 9 AM, well before the standard check-in time, and the front desk thoughtfully allowed me to check in early, which was a huge bonus. Registering as an Accor member was required for check-in, and the whole process took a bit longer than expected, leading to a longer wait time. Most of my stay was great, but the only minor issue was discovering a leaky shower drain on the last night. Other than that, I had no complaints and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The apartment complex is located on the corner of two quiet side streets. The nearest metro station, Blaha Lujsa-ter, as well as the Keleti train station, are easily accessible on foot. The new building, completed in 2026, is naturally still in good condition, very clean, and was presumably intended for apartment rentals. The apartments that are currently vacant are being rented out to tourists like hotel rooms. The booked breakfast for two people for two days was already there upon arrival, but unfortunately, the portions weren't very generous and were eaten on the first day. It seems we were expecting two more portions for the following day... Well, a little diet never hurt anyone! What was practically non-existent was the Wi-Fi, which only connected for a few minutes at a time before disconnecting again. The furnishings were rather spartan, which is due to the intended use as long-term rentals – the future tenants are meant to furnish the apartment to their own taste. The fairly large eat-in kitchen, estimated at 25 square meters, didn't feel particularly inviting as a result. The bedroom, with the necessary minimum distance between the double bed and the walls, was very cozy. The bathroom had a shower head built into the bathtub – a real challenge for anyone who showers without flooding the bathroom. The small balcony shouldn't be forgotten; it offers enough space for two people to enjoy the fresh air – and it's also a good place to dry laundry and umbrellas. Considering the many old, small, and worn-out hotel rooms out there, this is definitely a worthwhile addition, but not preferable to a true four-star hotel."

"The hotel was close to the airport, the staff was helpful. An important thing to note is that if your car is very long or very tall there can be trouble with fitting it in the underground parking but that can be helped if you are willing to leave your keys with the staff, so that they can move it in case they need to drive a different car in or out of the parking. The breakfast was tasty and we had an overall good time during our short stay."

Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes"
